Tangible means food. Prospective means you don't have to order first. I'm 59 years old women retired paralegal. I have bladder issues and had to get to bathroom. I'm a semi reg customer of this facility. I walked in , I knew where bathroom was. When I came out this lady started a confrontation with me about using bathroom and asked if I was going to order. I said not now, even though I was going to. Tried to explain the law and she started raising her voice yelling at me for using the bathroom because I didn't order first ( really) . Tried to talk to manager she wouldn't allow the manager to talk plus I believe the manager froze up because of the yelling. I asked for her name and she refused and when I ask the manager for her name. She told the manager not to give it me!! She did, it was Kerri. Who was really the manager? I left feeling humiliation and felt I was targeted. Will not ever go back there again. I contacted Corporate in Atlanta left messages, next I will follow up...

Read moreI had the worst experience in the Garners Ferry location today. I called to place a pick up order onlyto be on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. I call back and was told " we're busy and must have forgot" How you forget a customer?? Customer service is disgusting. Both the ladies have bad attitudes and a nasty disposition. They speak so nasty to the customers. Their body language and facial expressions show how much they don't want to be there. Whatever your circumstances if this is not the job for you then do better. There was more than one customer complaining. Then the older lady turned off the phones because she was tired of taking orders.
