This location needs serious help. I used to work fast food. It's not hard. They've even locked the lobby (been a while so I think it's indefinite) so they shouldnt be struggling like they do! Pictures, numbers, and letters! Match them up to take an order it's that easy! Not only was my order COMPLETELY wrong, I was waiting in line for ages! I went up to the microphone and ordered one large meal. After that I was going to order more, but then it just cuts off! I wait and wait and wait, ask "hello" and I'm responded with a "hold on one second". 30min pass before the attendant says, "Hello can I take your order?".... uh.... I was in the middle of my order? I explain that I was still waiting when she asks me "Oh so you wanna add more?" Oh no I don't want to "add" anything, I was still taking my order. It's basic stuff I was never asked if my order was complete or I'd I needed anything else or anything! I just sat there waiting to continue my order there's no "additional" stuff here. I get to the window and even after 30min of waiting in line where my order was apparently already put in, I had to wait even longer! All the while i can hear thru the window (idk if they know) and i hear them talking smack about me! Like im the issue 🤣?! All I'm gonna say is this: I grew up on alphabet streets. I understand demographical issues. Yall say you're better than people of lighter complexion? Then act like it. Work like it. Every person in that store lived up to a very nasty stereotype - I know yall ain't lazy, I know yall ain't dumb, I know yall are hard workers.... your customers just need to see it. I'm just one guy using pattern recognition. There are worse people who will use this kind of experience as firepower for their ideals....
Read moreAfter working an incredibly long shift, I decided not to cook and buy my family a good meal. My first mistake was stopping at Garner's Ferry Popeye's. I waited in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes before placing my order. It was after work and they were busy so I was OK with that. I placed my order and pulled up to the window 10 minutes later. The cashier attempted to confirm my order and collect payment. The order was wrong even though it was confirmed at the speaker before telling me my total (STRIKE 1). I ordered lemonade and diet coke with my order. When I got home, I discovered the lemonade was actually water. (STRIKE 2). The rest of the food was a huge JOKE. The tenders were dried out, left over food I'm hoping was from lunch but who knows (STRIKE 3). The biscuits were white which indicated to me they were not done (STRIKE 4). I ordered their chicken sandwich on this trip too. This was my first time ordering this sandwich. I've heard good things about the sandwich so I was really happy that they were not sold out. When I opened my sandwich, I discovered that they had give me 2 bottoms of the bun. I don't eat the ends on a regular loaf of bread so I was ticked (STRIKE 5). In great haste, I rushed to complete the survey on the receipt. I was not after the promise of some free chicken, I wanted to slam them as hard as I could. I will NEVER eat at this location again. If they are the last restaurant open and I'm about to fall over from hunger, I will starve before I step foot into this...
Read moreBeen to this location two nights in a row and done ! 6/18/23 TICKET #671 Lights were off way before closing at 10pm. The doors were locked and the DT was dark and the person on the speaker was very rude and unprofessional at 9:23pm. She seemed to not like her job and didn’t care to serve anyone. I asked about a chicken leg combo kids meal when she rudely interrupted me and said she didn’t have any filets. I repeated myself and she got even nastier . I believe this person to be the manager she had on a blue shirt and an Afro puff hairstyle . She definitely does not need to be working while she is being bitter .
6/19/23 TICKET 600 Lights off again tonight , and doors locked . Loud music playing in background while trying to order . Same lady again tonight just rude and unprofessional. I asked for 2 chilled lemonades and yet she tried to give me a frozen one and then flung my bag out the window and told me what her screen said when it was 3 drinks in the window ( 1 frozen and 2 chilled). The only side available was fries and no sweet tea when we sat in the car at the window and watched them pour the tea out .
