I am beyond angry and disappointed with the horrible experience I had at your location. From start to finish, this was a disaster that shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
First, the woman who took my drive-thru order was extremely rude. She had a very harsh tone, made me feel like I was bothering her just by ordering food, and her accent was so difficult to understand that I had to ask her to repeat herself – which clearly irritated her even more. She had a short bob haircut and looked to be middle-aged. There was absolutely no excuse for the attitude she gave me. I left the speaker feeling disrespected and talked down to.
To make matters worse, I waited a ridiculously long time only to get home and find an item missing from my order – an item I was charged for! I tried calling the store multiple times, and no one had the decency to answer the phone. When someone finally did pick up, I asked to speak to the manager, and guess what she said? “I am the manager.” That was the final straw. I hung up. Clearly, there’s no accountability at this location.
This experience was completely unacceptable. If this is the kind of service your “manager” provides, I can only imagine what the rest of the team is like. I want my money back and an actual manager or regional supervisor to contact me, because this will not be the last time I complain if this is brushed off.

Read moreUpdate : This place gets worse and worse tonight I figured I would try again and I saw that they had $3 Beef and Cheddar and I could get a $1 Fry I tried to order it via the app and on the website and it gave me the sane error I get all the time I try with this location. "An unknown error has occurred" I pulled up to the drive through thinking that the Beef and Cheddar price was not just an online price because it was being advertised online as a current promotion so I told the drive through what I was trying to get and she told me all of it had to be ordered on the app and when I told her the app never works for their location she told me "I cant help you and I dont know" I called Arby's support and they told me this franchise does not have their mobile ordering even turned on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION!! This place needs to be shut down and somthing that knows how to run a business way better be put in its place! In addition previous review stated they don't participate in the Bluejackets Promotion, They don't offer the Birthday offers and when I told the assistant manager about this she didn't offer to fix the fact I wasn't getting a curly fry. Read moreMy mother and I stopped by there today to grab lunch. Wanted to go inside and sit down to eat, so we could chill and chat. All the workers were around my age (52). Not one of 'em acknowledged me or my mom. I could see they were kinda busy, but a quick, "Sorry for the delay; we'll get your order in a minute--thanks!" or something to that effect. I don't mind waiting some, but dang, look at us and acknowledge our existence. No one ever came to the register. We were completely ignored. No one even looked our way; heads down, everyone seemed grim. I know fast food/customer service isn't fun--been there--but just as a human, have common sense and courtesy to do a quick hello and let us know we're not wasting our time standing there for ten minutes. We ended up finding a Chinese restaurant to grab lunch, and got acknowledged within seconds, and fed within the same amount of time we stood waiting at Arby's--lol.
