If I could give negative stars I would. I took my wife there yesterday 8-2-20 for her birthday. It started off bad when we informed our server we had 2 rewards and a coupon. He stated we could use them but he wanted to see what the rewards were. We showed him that one was for a cluster of crab legs and the other was for her birthday. He informed us that in order to use them we had to order those things online to go even though we were there dining in. We tried to explain to him that it said no we could get it with our dine in but he refused us. We also discovered he put on our bill he gave us our 10% discount on an expired coupon. The coupon was good until 8-2-20. Our lobster pizza was cold. My wife's crab alfredo had no flavor so she took it home so I could season it for her. The worse part of the whole thing is what transpired when I was waiting for the bill and my wife went to the restroom. While my wife was in the restroom a male employee knocked on the door and immediately walked in yelling bathroom check. Evidently this employee had no cleaning supplies, nothing. There was an hour until closing, no reason for him to be in there. I guess he also let the door shut on her as she was trying to run out. What exactly is a bathroom check and why did a male employee just enter like that? My wife suffers from PTSD for reason I won't get into but she freaked. She refused to tell me why she was crying until we got the car because she was afraid of what I might do. This place was a nightmare neither of us will forget. We have always gone to Beavercreek and they are great there. She went there today and they gave her her rewards, without doing it online. They also were very apologetic for what happened to her in Columbus on Sawmill Road store? #6351. It's a shame that she came to celebrate her birthday and it becoming a nightmare instead. It's also a shame that someone in Beavercreek has to apologize for the behavior of the employees...
Read moretodays date is 7/31, we went to this location for my brothers birthday, upon getting there our party of 6 was informed that we would have about a 30-40 minute wait. after about 30 i went up to check in for an update on how long it may be. while waiting, a group of 7 walked in and got seated immediately, several people that were there waiting while we waited ended up leaving due to them waiting longer than we had. when we FINALLY got seated into an area by the bar that had been open the entire time we waited, the ordering didnt take long, but we sat with empty cups for maybe 20mins, didnt have much check ins with the waitress and food was lackluster at best. it felt like the staffing didnt know what was going on, communication wasnt there, and the manager does not present himself as manager material. sloppily dressed, just looking a mess overall. the whole experience was bad and i highly suggest others to take their business elsewhere. my father wasnt even able to eat because it got too late, this company used to be something to rave about, now after today i know i can go to a mcdonalds and get immensely better service. you wont be seeing a dime out of...
Read moreI've been dying to go to Red Lobster for a year. Here was my experience when I finally got to go. Lobster was delicious. I wasn't a fan of the rice pilaf, tasted very Smokey and the shrimp butter tasted like curry which I'm really not a fan of either. Sadly, my kids order Mac n cheese and it was exactly what the stuff you buy in a box at the store. So I paid 5.99 for store-bought mac and cheese. I give the service a 7 out of 10. I feel the server didn't manicure the table of micro trash and dirty appetizer plates. Even when I stacked them for her to take away her response was Oh I thought you were saving them for something later. What an odd thing to say. Just pick up the plates and get them out of the way that's all you have to do. She suggested the most expensive dish at lunch time to our table with 3 little ones. I felt that she was professional but she didn't seem super happy to be there. When I spend the money to go out to eat especially with my entire family it is nice to have an experience where people around you seem happy that you're there. All in all when we left I said to my husband don't worry you never have to take me to Red...
