Tiger Sugar — Restaurant in Sharon Township

If I could rate 0 star, I'll def. do! We ordered 3 drinks, all 3 got made wrong. 1st one - We paid extra to add boba in the Oolong Tea cheese foam, as u can see in the taken picture, NONE! Also we didn't select for less sugar, but honestly it tasted like no sugar at all. 2nd drink - put "no ice" to save it for the next day, as u can see in the taken photo (the Peach green tea cheese foam) - LOTS of ice! So we had to drink it right away. There wasn't any option to pick for extra sugar, so we told the staff plz add extra sugar for that drink.. tasted the same as the Oolong one - NO SUGAR! 3rd drink - pick "whole milk" for the Brown Sugar Boba Milk - while waiting for the drink, we saw them pull the 2% fat and lactose milk out.. and the staff kept looking at us like they about to do sthing not right.. felt the instinct kicked in right away.. After the 1st sip, def. not whole milk at all. Since we've tried lots of Brown Sugar Boba Milk, this one def. not as rich, creamy as whole milk at all! We are not around Columbus area and when walked out the store, we notice the ice in the Peach tea right away, was about to come back to ask for remake but thought it would be bothering them for just 1 drink.. so we were like alright, nvm.. then while driving back home, started noticing the other 2 drinks were made wrong also.. We like damn it, too late to turn back now. Then after reading all the bad reviews, we were glad that we didnt turn back and ask for remake or else we could still stuck with our wrong drinks and wasting our time and gas. Another thing we so glad is we ordered from the kiok so didnt get charged for the automaticly tip like others had experienced lol.. Been to Tiger Sugar locations all around the states but 1st time at Tiger Sugar Columbus location, def. also the last, unless they really take it serious on taking time reading the labels and how to make the drinks right, which I don't think they care...

Check your receipt. On top of the manager, Gloria E, making our drink completely wrong 3 times and getting upset with us for it, she even added a 15% tip to our order without us even knowing. We ordered our drink and asked for pudding instead of boba. The manager said yes to letting us substitute pudding for the boba and pearl, but when we got our drink, it had boba and no pudding. That was okay, we just wanted our pudding. When we asked again for what we ordered originally, she started getting upset with us saying we ordered the wrong drink. We clarified we wanted the chocolate milk tea with pudding instead of boba and pearl, but she walked away as we were explaining and didn’t even listen to us. Then she again made the wrong drink. After asking for the chocolate with pudding, she made the chocolate without any pudding. She was upset with us and kept saying that drink doesn’t come with any pudding even though she said yes she could make it with pudding instead of boba and pearl. After finally getting the right drink on the fourth one, there was so much chocolate malt, that it couldn’t even dissolve into the drink. For the past two drinks, after she shook it, the chocolate dissolved into the drink. This time, there was a giant clump just sitting at the bottom. Even after shaking it for a good minute and stirring it with the straw, I almost choked on all the powder. The picture shows how much was left after we mixed it. It was terrible service and did not feel welcoming whatsoever. We were being patient just asking for the pudding we wanted and were promised, but we were rushed and not listened to and belittled. I hope the owners can train the manager better so both the team and customer retention rate...

The first time I had Tiger Sugar was in Canada and was so excited to hear it was coming to Columbus! The plaza has a pretty decent size parking lot, that it will eventually share with it's neighbor. The store itself is nice, cozy, and has the typical Tiger Sugar aesthetics. Just a note, there are no outlets for use if you're thinking about studying here or plugging anything in! Not sure if they have wifi available either, but they may eventually.

We went on opening day, which was a long wait but staff were working really hard and cranking out orders quickly. I didn't interact with them much, but they all seemed nice and they were very busy.

I got the Brown Sugar Boba & Pearl & Tiger Jelly (#2) and the Mango Sago (F1). I think their signature base for Brown Sugar milk tea is fantastic and their Mango Sago is refreshing and sweet. They both were made well and delicious. It was about $15 total for both drinks, which I think is a bit expensive but overall, it's pretty good boba. I can't wait to come back and try the other drinks, I'm sure they're all good. It looks like they also offer snacks, but we didn't get any.
