I have been to this location on several Saturday mornings and it has been just fine. I happen to be one of those hidden people who will tip really, really well for great service. However, coming in for an evening has been atrocious every time. Went there this evening with my four year old, specifically to get him fed. Young waitress, long brown hair, white. Took our drink order, delivered drinks, took our food order. It was about a 15min wait. When she brought the food, what she brought was my order (half blt and half salad, with about a piece and a half of bacon, and did not receive the extra side order of bacon I asked for), and my boyfriend's order (half pot roast sandwich and half salad, supposed to be fried chicken but was grilled) and nothing for my baby. I assumed she simply needed to make two trips. Nope. His Mac n cheese was sitting up on the ledge (I could see it from my table) for another full five minutes (a very long time for a hungry child to be asking if his food was done) and when she went to grab it, it fell and broke. Ten minutes later she came and apologized and said it would be a bit longer. I proceeded to feed my son the bacon from my sandwich as there was nothing else on the table that appealed to him. His green beans finally got there about another 5-10min later. While we were waiting, we got to listen to someone loudly informing the employees that she was "doing management things" and no she wasn't going to help them, it wasn't her problem. Finally the girl brings my son his Mac n cheese. I went to test it to make sure it wasn't too hot for him and IT HAD COLD SPOTS. My baby wouldn't touch it. We sat there a few more minutes and finally I got up, walked to the counter and had to ask for my check. We paid almost $30 for almost untouched food. I feel robbed. We left with my son still hungry. I am so livid. Not to mention the people next to us sat down not long after we ordered and by the time we left they were STILL want for someone to take their order. Worst service I have encountered in a long time.

Read moreI went to lunch with my daughter and 4-year-old grandson at this location today. We arrived at approx. 1:14 pm and did not leave until 2:55 pm. It was slow, only a handful of customers in the entire restaurant the entire time we were there. To make a long story as short as possible, the wait time was very long and two of the three things we ordered were incorrect. We waited close to 10 minutes after being seated for our drinks and just as long for them to arrive. We ordered upon receiving our drinks and it took 45 minutes for our food to be brought to our table. I ordered a chopped steak with mushrooms and received what I found out was a sirloin steak (which came with onions and peppers). My daughter ordered a burger that was to include bacon and it came without bacon. The waittress was very nice, though, and did an awesome job of refilling my hot chocolate (I had 3, 2.5 of them while waiting on our meals to arrive). She also had a side of bacon brought out for the burger when we told her about the order problems. After that, we realized that we had not received our biscuits, either. Also, though not on the menu or stated otherwise, adding chocolate chips to my grandson's pancakes kids' meal was a $1 (just goes to show one should make sure to ask about charges for such). My daughter who was treating for lunch addressed the order problems and wait time issue with the manager when checking out and our entire bill wound up being on the house. Despite the food orders being incorrect, the food was good, the waittress was very nice in trying to address the issues, and the manager did the right thing in light of the circumstances. We immediately noticed that everyone was seated in the same area, and the customers seemed upset. There was a younger man who was waiting on everyone. He was apologetic and told us that they sent their cook home early because they were slow, and then they got a rush so their manager was trying to cook for everyone. The manager was indeed in the back “cooking”, but she was also yelling profanities at her staff and aloud, seemingly frustrated that they were busy. Nothing was cooked. I was seven months pregnant at the time and thankfully didn’t take a bite of my chicken breast because it was completely pink on the inside and still frozen. The people next to us had steak that wasn’t done. They were out of almost every beverage aside from water. An unprofessional and disgusting experience. A place where I work ordered several hundred dollars worth of food for a holiday, to be delivered to our workplace. The food was delivered at the wrong time (late), and it was all frozen or uncooked. The bread the provided was literally yeast and the meet was completely frozen. No, we did not indicate that we wanted the food to come unprepared. That was a mistake on their part, shockingly. My family and I placed a carry out order and arrived an hour past when they said it would be ready. When we got there, five people were waiting ahead of us and the first people there was told their food had not even been started. There were people sleeping in the lobby because they had been waiting for their food for so long.
