Culver’s — Restaurant in Columbus

We visited culvers for the first time on 12/26/24. I'm going to start off by saying the food was amazing quality, The staff was kind and patient with me as a newcomer. We were greeted, and the team thanked me for visiting, which made me feel valued as a customer. As a result of my interaction with Macie, we decided to try Culver's a second time while in the area. This time, we were met by Dan M. and Richard, who both provided a great customer experience. After interacting with Dan.M and sharing his first experience from the previous day, he explained that what we experienced was the culvers standard and that he was the owner/operator of the location. He told me that he appreciated me taking the time out to discuss my interaction with the team. And in a time when costumers are looking for more bang for their buck, Dan and his team added the true value to the customer experience. I believe Dan and his team are setting the bar for the Culver's brand in Ohio. Dan has made a life time custumer and I'm confident if given the opportunity, he is the partner that will make Culver's even more successful and thrive in this troubled economy. Good luck, Dan. We traveled for 9 hrs and over 525 miles with our uneaten meals from Ohio to NJ. Stop in Culver's hand menu for quite a long time they had a special today the North Atlantic cod sandwich with fries. The sandwich is very good I was surprised at how thick that piece of fish was nothing like going to McDonald's or Burger King or Rally's. This Atlantic card sandwich is the king of all. I've even been to some fish places that the sandwich the cat sandwich I'm saying was as good as this is. Across I believe $0.40 extra for slices tomato but I really feel they should put a slice of tomato on the top and the bottom..

Now I said the sandwich is very very good I loved it but the one thing I would change differently is instead of slathering all that mayonnaise on the bottom split it and put it at the top and the bottom and instead of using mayonnaise put some tartar sauce on it. If that was tartar sauce it was a week example of tartar sauce.

The staff most of Hispanic but they were very very nice friendly made sure my food was made fresh. I also had the onion rings and they were fresh out of the fryer.

But the highlight was Abril, The assistant manager. She was very sweet and helpful. I believe this accounted for about 80%. The sandwich stands out all by itself but when you have customer service that's kind caring and actually has a conversation with you when you're not very busy that's outstanding.

Culver's is like a fast food restaurant but it's totally different first of all the food is high quality very good and they gave me so much french fries I almost couldn't finish it and they were big french fries like you would get in a restaurant and they bring the food to your table prices were good probably the first question ask was is this a good place to get a plate and share well you can certainly share the french fries because I really should have just need a thrown away brought him home I got some money but good quality food and wonderful people working behind the counter but it's run like a fast food chain so that's the type of situation when you walk in however the inside was spotless and the colors were cheerful I had went to Columbus with my cousin because she had a doctor's appointment so I rode up with her and when we were sitting and eating I said how long has this place been open and she's wasn't sure herself but it looks like it opened yesterday That's how clean and bright it was on the inside and I know it's been open longer than that because she's been there before anyway I would recommend this place it's good the food is good service is fine and it is clean Hope...
