I made an online order through the Krystal App for the second time for drive through pick up at the Buena Vista Rd, location at 9:27p and for the 2nd time my experience was less than stellar. Both times, I ordered Chili Cheese Krystals and received regular cheese Krystals. Also, for the second time, they did not have any sweet tea, so I opted for the current promo drink of Strawberry Lemonade, and they didn't have that either. Then I waited in the drive-through for 18 minutes to be told my order wasn't on the screen, and I had to show them my phone to prove I made/paid for an order. Same exact experience on my previous visit. The fries were clearly not fresh. Needless to say, I didn't at all enjoy my dinner. Don't bother making an online order, it won't be ready, they won't have any tea, and apparently no one on night shift knows how to make Chilli cheese Krystals because I have yet to get them.

As you can see by my receipt, I ordered an Apple turnover for dessert. Well, I was informed that they didn't have any sweet tea, which if they saw that I ordered tea, they would have also saw my apple turnover since it was right below the tea on the receipt. But guess what, I get home no apple turnover was in my bag 🙄🤯🤬...both bags were stapled closed,(Krystals in one, chilli cheese fries in another) so I didn't check my order, before I left but I wish I had. It's cold out, and I didn't want to go all the way back to the restaurant. $2.09 - Apple Turnover - 😔
12/07/2023 - I attempted to contact the restaurant using the online form they have but it doesn't allow you to...it takes you to another screen to use another method to contact, and that doesn't work either...🤔😒🤯, so basically I lost money, didn't have my dessert, and the online contact form is inoperable.
Since I'm quite pissed for yet again paying and not getting all my food...which at this point its roughly $8.00 (2 trips missing the Chilli on my Krystals $3 each visit, and $2 for my turnover yesterday). I think I'll just skip the Scramblers I was going to get this morning and just go to BK, or McD's instead down the street...

Ordered 3 bacon Cheese Krystals, Chilli Cheese Fries, Large Sweet Tea, and Apple Turnover...receipt stapled on the bag, and order still wrong...my Turnover wasn't in the bag, instead it was a medium fries?? Come on guys you gotta do better...my goodness...

I visited Krystals tonight, ordered a pick 5, Chilli Cheese party fries, chilli cheese pup, and paid extra for a large sweet tea. Got their, no customers were in the drive thru, and allowed 20 minutes to prepare my 16 min order according to the app, well I get there, and my food wasn't ready, had to wait another 10 minutes for my food...like really, then my Chilli cheese pup wasn't in the bag, had to drive back around and get my pup..I then tasted my drink...like wow, this is the kicker, I tasted my drink and it was a coke...I told the cashier that I ordered a Sweet Tea..."we 'ain't got no sweet tea"...ok so you just put whatever in the damn cup and give it to the customer...? I was livid...Iook at my fries, and most of the fries didn't have chilli on them...like ok...this is ridiculous...

Read moreLast night my partner and myself was finishing up a EMS call in Columbus and we saw your establishment and decided to stop. It was around 1230 at night and we were surprised your doors were still unlocked as our Ambulance would not fit in the drive through lane. Upon entering we were greeted by a nice young man who asked us how our night was and we asked the same of him. The next lady we spoke with informed us that the dining room was closed and we had to leave to which we apologized and simply stated that we were unable to use the drive through lane due to the ambulance and we wanted to order food before we had to get back on the road to our next call. Your employee preceded to tell me that the ambulance not fitting wasn't her problem and we had to leave. I calmly apologized again and stated the issue hoping that she could either ring us up inside or even allow us to walk to the drive through wi dow to place our order. Her only reply was it wasn't her problem and we had to leave. Normally I wouldn't be upset about these things and I would let it go but the disrespect and just rude nature and elevating a discussion that didnt have to get to that level is ridiculous. I apologized for entering after it was closed even though the doors were unlocked and no closing sign placed where we could see it. I would expect better for someone not from your area as I will go out of my way to avoid your establishment and will be passing the word along to other Ambulance services I come in...
Read moreI did go to Krystal a week ago in the day time. I was pleased with the service and food. The people in the day was so kind and nice professional and caring. My food was fresh also. The day shift gets a 5 star but that night shift gets the 1. Because when I pull up to the window the guy had my money just talking to two other girls while holding onto my money not giving me my change and food. The food just was sitting there. I had to ask him after a while to please stop talking to them and give me my change. He did say sorry but didn't mean it. Because after he gave my change i ask can he please give me some ketchup. He took my food put it up there where the cask register and kept talking to those same girls taking his Time giving my food again. I am pretty sure if you got camera you can see what I am saying. The night shift need better professional supervision. They should always cook the food fresh too. Fries should always be cook fresh. My 5 stars go to the day shift they were wonderful. The night shift needs a professional manager...
