This is going to a long not favorable review of 2 locations in Columbus, GA. Store 3750 and 1570 on Beuna Vista Rd. 1st location behind crystals: customer service is the worst. I went there around 8:20 knowing they close at 9:00. There was (thankfully) a customer ahead of me. Upon watching him order toppings, I noticed quite a few items missing. Tomatoes, lettuce (at bottom of tub and brown), pickles, cucumbers...and as they are ordering the employees nonchalantly say we don't have any, we don't have any etc..then ask them if they want room temperature (or warm pickles as she said it, then explained room temp). That was it, I left!! I went to the other location same road, and was met with attitude from the non black, non white employee fixing the sandwiches from bread to toppings. I had 4 orders and 4 coupons but was told I could only use one since its the same order. I couldn't even get a cookie w a coupon so I used 1 2 for $12. I had 3 Turkey add pepperoni 12' and 1 chicken bacon ranch. 3 toasted, 1 not, all same bread IHC. 2 pepper jack, 1 American. 3 toasted 1 not. Simple so far right?? Wrong!! She took her time albeit she was very clean oriented..lined them up and started putting on meat. 3 Turkey, 3 pepperoni..easy till then. Now comes the cheese. 2 pepper jack, 1 American. Nope, she slaps pepper jack on the 1st 2 in line and American on the 3rd. Why was that wrong? Because I told her the first 2 are exactly the same except one will be different w mayo/mustard/tomatoes. So as she does the cheese her way and proceeds to toast, the 1st one extra toasted, the next regular toast and the last one (chicken bacon ranch) regular toast. So since she put pepper jack, pepper jack, american; she messed up the order of toasted in line. Now its toasted, not toasted, regular toast, regular toast. But in her rush to get me out the way while still not listening, she proceeds to put the other pepper jack (ordered not toasted) in the oven and I stopped her. She snapped "I thought you wanted them toasted!" I told her " I do, but you put them out of order how I ordered and the cheese out of line. So now that's fixed it's topping time. What a disaster as now I'm getting uber rushed as in this time they have locked the doors (closing time) and there are 3 other customers behind me. Hurried toppings, barely giving them and hurriedly squeezing condiments. Out come with 4 sandwiches $33.+ and some very unsatisfied ppl when I got home. This is the last time I go to either store and this is the 2nd time I've been given subpar sandwiches and rude/bad/subpar customer service from the same store; different employees, yet same store (different races too.) So id tell all the ppl I know not to go to either of these...

Letās begin with three weeks ago, I had just came in after the manager left, and not even ten minutes go by, and Iām making someone a sandwich that has roast beef, the roast beef, looked absolutely disgusting, and smelled of rottting meat. I threw it away immediately, and I honestly hope no one else was served this, but not even 5 minutes later my coworker points out that the āfresh mozzarellaā is moldy, so we threw that out too, and replaced it with an unopened pack. It amazed me how no one noticed before FIVE PM. And then today, I had come into work sick, because I would be written up and fired if I didnāt, come to find out that who ever was in charge thought I was faking the entire time, until my coworker, tells them that I just finished vomiting in the bathroom, I had already been coughing and wheezing prior to that, I had even warned every customer that I was sick, but I had to come in or else I would have been terminated. After my coworker had come in I left, I went home and someone took my place. Come to find out 2 and a half hours later, that neither of them have keys, the only other worker who has keys is out of town, the manager quit yesterday and the last person who would have keys is also out of town, and I have no vehicle. So this is probably the worst and most disorganized subway in the city of Columbus, and I do not recommend that anyone come here to eat, or come here for a job, your best bet is to find somewhere else to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDO NOT ONLINE ORDER AT THIS STORE!!! I arrived about 5 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready. Business was slow at the moment. There was only one other person in the store besides me. On the app, I had ordered a salad. My order appeared to be accepted. The app gave me a "Pick Up" time of 2:50. When I got there, I was told they "Didn't Have Salad". I didn't understand at first because, look, this is Subway, they DEFINITELY have the stuff for salads. I walked up to the sneeze guard glass and said "You guys have lettuce, spinach, and all.... What do you mean?" She said "We don't have the bowls. You have to go thru the app for refund." Then she walked away. No apology. No suggestions of maybe just switching my order to a sandwich. Since the store had already gotten my money I expected more help at least. I stood there for a bit trying to figure out where to go on the app to get the order rejected or get a refund, but I initially did not see it. I asked to other woman there about it. She proceeded to tell me they don't know anything about the app. She said- when she wants anything, she just goes to the store and places her order there to make sure they have what she wants, and she wouldn't ever use the app etc...etc... etc... I finally found the "contact us", but it doesn't have a spot that just flat out says the restaurant did not fill my order. I completed that to the best of my ability but I have a sinking feeling I will not be seeing a refund. This place is absolutely the pits. I couldn't be more...
