Would not recommend doing business with the store in Columbus... They damaged the items that we were renting when they were supposed to be repairing them and didn't want to take responsibility for the damage.. We went 3 months waiting to hear any solutions to our problem while they expected us to keep paying same price for lesser valued items that they use as loaners while our washer was supposed to be getting repaired.. They never kept in touch to keep us in the loop of things... Only to collect payments.. Manager was never available on phone or in person... We did however purchase a laptop from them and are currently renting a refrigerator... But as soon as I find a reasonable cash priced one they can come get it... I'm so done...

This place is unethical. I bought some furniture from them over five months ago. Everything was new. My dresser for the bedroom was delivered with the corner crushed. I told them they could either take money off, or give me a new dresser. They chose to replace the dresser... guess what I still haven’t gotten my new dresser. I have stopped paying them 1 week late after 6 months of not missing a payment I get 3 calls a day.... hmm, but no priority for my dresser. This is just another example of how people do business in Nebraska.. if your smart you’ll ignore the 5 star ratings left by their employees friends and pay attention. These people will screw you over. You would be better off getting a credit card and buying...

I’ve been getting things from Arona for many years. The team Quintin has in Columbus is amazing they will go above all expectations to get you the things you want and need. Sometimes it takes a little longer than you want but I’ve always been kept in the loop on what’s going on. If you have problems they have know problems helping you out also.
