Would not recommend doing business with the store in Columbus... They damaged the items that we were renting when they were supposed to be repairing them and didn't want to take responsibility for the damage.. We went 3 months waiting to hear any solutions to our problem while they expected us to keep paying same price for lesser valued items that they use as loaners while our washer was supposed to be getting repaired.. They never kept in touch to keep us in the loop of things... Only to collect payments.. Manager was never available on phone or in person... We did however purchase a laptop from them and are currently renting a refrigerator... But as soon as I find a reasonable cash priced one they can come get it... I'm so done...

I told them they could either take money off, or give me a new dresser. They chose to replace the dresser... guess what I still haven’t gotten my new dresser. I have stopped paying them 1 week late after 6 months of not missing a payment I get 3 calls a day.... hmm, but no priority for my dresser. This is just another example of how people do business in Nebraska.. if your smart you’ll ignore the 5 star ratings left by their employees friends and pay attention.
