Captain D's — Restaurant in Columbus

I've always had a good experience at this Captain D's as a matter of fact it's one of the better ones I like to go to but I did have a problem this last time with the lady at the drive-thru they have a promotion going on that you get a free crab cake if they don't offer for you to add one to your order well she didn't but then I had a problem whenever I told her that she didn't offer it and I should get a free one I had she had to go get help but then that person had to go get hell they finally gave it to me but when I got home I opened my phone cakes that I had ordered they were burnt to a crisp I opened the crab cake that they gave me free with an argument and it was burnt to a crisp I took it back the following day and complained of course and the girl that actually did that was there and she said I was not rude to her but I know she was but anyway they did replace my order. So that will not keep me from going there again. I do recommend this Captain D's it's clean and I've always had good service there except for this time. For fast food seafood their food is pretty good. I went through the drive through and the service was pretty quick , it took about 12-14 minutes to get my food. The lady at the window only spoke to me to 1. Tell me the amount and get card 2. To ask me if I wanted any sauces. I said yes she puts it in the bag and kind of shoves it at me and I tell her thank you and I hope you have a blessed day, because she looked like she was mad at the world, no smile nothing, God bless her heart, then she slammed that window in my face! Well at least I can tell y'all, for fast food it was pretty good. I ordered the grilled fish with green beans & mac 'n' cheese, and let me tell ya'll their mac "n" cheese is pretty darn good to be fast food! It's good and cheesy, and the fish was really good, it was cooked just right! And of course you get that one breadstick and it was delicious, I love those things! I wish they sold them by the dozen! My food was made less tha 2 minutes. Then when I flipped the blackened tilapia over. It was burnt. Real burnt that it tasted bitter. I ate what I can. I wasn't seeking my money back or replacement food. When I notified the cashier that the fish was burnt she replied "you ate it all. Didn't you." Very poor customer service. I did not eat it all. I only ate some few good part before I tasted something bitter. I took the un ate remains to show this cashier that I didn't eat it all. Not even half and also came to find out that the manager was the cook. How can she,as a manager, sent such food out to customer to eat? Then I bought 12 pieces cajuan shrimp to go. I got home, 3 of then were cold and raw. Absolutely terrible at this Captain...
