I RETURNED TO DEL TACO:
I mentioned all of my concerns to the Del Taco Manager. This Manager is aware of who you are. We spoke extensively. We have similar Medical Conditions.
My regrets that I am unable to recall your name. The only recollection of this Del Taco Manager, is She was Sweet, with a Caring Spirit. Her Heart was Genuine. A People's Person. The type which is very rare today. She definitely does not fit the Cut Throat Description, which reeks todays' society.
With her Ingenious, Effective, Skills, upon returning home, Taco No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 were all Brilliantly Unflawed. The Service was unbelievably Brisk and the Taco Taste were OUTSTANDING ! ! !
I AM CHANGING MY RATING TO 5 STARS AND A CUPCAKE ! ! !

Ordered 12 Tacos, 6 Chicken Tacos, 6 Beef Tacos. Paid full Cost. No Discounts for me.
When I open the bag, One broken Taco, from end to end. The One that is thrown away when making Tacos at the house. I didn't think much of it.
Then the same thing happened with Taco No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12.
Although the flavor was decent, having substandard Taco Chips is NO EXCUSE. It reminds me why I frequent Taco Bell.

So multiple pick up attempts were made by other drivers and management refused that they were responsible for it, I waited two hours and consistently tried to reach out to uber support being told they WERE in fact responsible since they didnât have the driver confirm the order was picked up. I got treated like I stole the order myself by the manager on duty, wish I wouldâve gotten her name. Told me not to âget rudeâ with her when I was trying to explain the situation and she kept talking over ME. Then, I just said forget it I wonât be ordering again because she clearly doesnât understand how delivery works itâs not like they are sending drivers out over and over because my order was COMPLETED. and she said âthat donât hurt my feelings, baby!â 10/10 customer service skills on her end. Donât know when she forgot that I was the customer, not one of her employees or the delivery driver. I am sure her coworkers enjoy her presence immensely. Some photos since she refused to understand the situation!

   Read moreI have been coming to this Del Taco with my family for over 2 years and we go to this Del Taco atleast 2 times a week.We love the food and the prices ,but the reason I am giving 3 stars and not 5 stars is because the general manager Tiffany seems very rude and one of her workers Janelle is the same way.Everytime I see the General manager she has a nasty look on her face.I think for her regular customers that spend their money with her restaurant on a regular basis that she should atleast be more professional and nice.My husband was coming out of the bathroom once when we stopped by for breakfast and Tiffany the General Manager and Janelle were talking very loudly saying that's the guy who comes in here all the time.I wouldn't think coming all the time and spending our money would be a bad thing ,but maybe it's time to take our money and business elsewhere.Everyone other employee is nice and professional.It's sad when a general manager acts that way towards...
