UPDATE : SHE IS TILL BEING RUDE TO CUSTOMERS read reviews!!! Wow!!! A clown establishment she has randoms leaving reviews. There’s nothing you can do to bring up 3.0 status because you guys are really rude here.!!! The manager, Karla, especially and I bet you this is who everyone is talking about!!! She will literally try to throw you in jail after being nasty knowing she is wrong!!!!
Formal Complaint Regarding Manager Carla – Manchester Expressway Pizza Hut, Columbus, GA
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing and unprofessional experience I had at your Manchester Expressway Pizza Hut location in Columbus, GA, involving a manager named Carla. I believe this matter deserves immediate corporate attention due to the level of disrespect, dishonesty, and unnecessary escalation that occurred.
Earlier this evening, I called in a $44 order which included a large Super Supreme pizza, a large All-Meat pizza, and a garlic cheese bread. I confirmed the order clearly over the phone with an African-American male employee. I even asked follow-up questions about the cheesy bread, so there is no doubt that the call was completed and the order was placed.
After driving approximately 15 miles and waiting about 25 minutes, I arrived at the store expecting to pick up my food. Instead, I was told by Carla, the manager on duty, that there was no record of my order. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue respectfully, Carla repeatedly and rudely insisted that I had hung up the phone and never completed my order which is absolutely untrue.
When I continued to ask about my food and expressed frustration, Carla not only remained dismissive and disrespectful, but actually threatened to call the police and accuse me of trespassing, despite the fact that I was simply a paying customer seeking answers. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but felt intentionally demeaning and hostile. This was especially hurtful coming from another woman of color, and even more troubling given the community we live in one that includes many veterans and working families like mine.
As a prior service member and law-abiding citizen, I have never been treated this way in my 32 years. I do not have a criminal record, and I rarely even eat fast food. The one night I chose to buy dinner for my family turned into a humiliating and frustrating experience because of a manager who chose lies and aggression over basic customer service.
I demand that this issue be investigated immediately. Carla’s conduct was disgraceful, and in my opinion, she is not fit to be in a managerial role representing your brand. Her behavior was witnessed by other employees who chose not to defend her actions, which tells me they, too, knew she was wrong.
I also believe that Carla should be retrained or removed from a leadership position for her role in this unacceptable encounter. Lack of integrity is not the definition of a manager Yelling & lying and trying to have false charges on somebody is a lack of integrity as well!!!!
I will never eat here again this is home for us And to know UGLY people like this reside here and the places we eat is very disgraceful, I will tell as many others not to eat at this location in particular you may get a falsified charge if they have to come in contact with somebody who will lie on you within minutes all because of their own...
Read moreSheree, the manager, refused to deliver my hungry granddaughter a pizza. I called at 8:39 p.m. (Missouri time) to order a pizza for my 15-year-old granddaughter. I gave my telephone number, when it was requested, along with the fact that I was not the person receiving the pizza. I was put on hold. Sheree picked up the call a few minutes later asking what I wanted. I repeated my request, which she denied as I would not bre present to sign the credit card slip. I told Sheree that my granddaughter was hungry and I wanted to buy her a pizza. Sheree again refused. I asked Sheree if she had children, to which she replied, "Yes, but I take care of mine." This pissed me off, but I still needed a pizza. I asked her what it was going to take to get this pizza delivered. She then told me I could fax a copy of my driver's license to the restaurant. I explained that I didn't have a fax at home, but I would be happy to take a picture of it and send it to her cellphone. She refused, saying it must be a fax. I asked for her name and told her I would lodge a complaint with the corporate office and hung up.
I then created an online account, placed my order, and PAID for it with my credit card. Delivery was scheduled. A couple of minutes later, my phone rang. It was Sheree. She informed me that there would be no delivery unless I was at the house to present my credit card. At this point, I was beyond pissed. I admit I cussed Sheree. After all, my granddaughter was hungry. Sheree then threatened to call child protective services. I'm certain I really cussed her then, which I should not have done. I admit to letting my emotions override my sense. Who wouldn't, though, after being accused of child abuse and threatened with child protective services? All I wanted was to order a pizza for my granddaughter!
Sheree hung up and I immediately called back, asked for Sheree, who refused my call, letting her employee take the call. I told the poor young woman that had the misfortune to answer the call to tell Sheree that I wanted an immediate refund on my credit card and that I would have her job. I was told that my card was already being refunded.
My card has been charged $25.36. There is me refund. Furthermore, after I demanded a refund, I called Dominos Pizza, explained the situation, in tears I might add, and an extremely kind young man took my order and delivered a pizza.
THEN, about 30 minutes later, Pizza Hut also delivered a pizza!
I'd be willing to bet I'll never see that refund if Sheree has anything to do with it.

Read moreThis Location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I placed a carryout order June 19th. I was told to wait in the parking lot by the gentleman in the drive through and told it would be brought out to the car. I waited 20 minutes past the time my email said the order would be ready and came to the front door and called the store. After being put on hold I was brought my pizza. The lady who brought my order to the door dropped some of my cash on the ground and when I tried to pay the remaining balance at the window I was charged too much. I tried to explain the situation to her and mid conversation she let the drive through window slam and walked off mouthing and cursing. At that point I was irritated because she kept accusing me of giving her a lower amount of money. I asked for the corporate number 6 times and was still never given it. In total 4 different woman came to the window the last was the manager. Not only did she not resolve my issue or have that rude lady apologize for her faults she condoned all of the behavior that was going on. My Second attempt to place an order was June 22, 2020 at 10pm last night (Highly aware they closed at 12:00am ) My order was cancelled without anyone calling me to let me know....UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR . MY 3rd attempt to place an order was 4:41pm June 23, 2020 I needed it delivered and was told they don't deliver to my location. So I placed my order YET AGAIN (4th attempt), got a ride to the store and when I went to pick my pizza up it was old, the crust was stale. I called back and asked them to make me a completely new and fresh order, I was told the pizza was fresh and It would only be made once I arrived at the store.(I WAITED 20 MINUTES) Most places that care about good customer experience would have made the new order immediately and issued some type of credit. I wasn't given anything for any of these encounters and I wont be recommending anyone use...
