Won't spend another dime here. Ordered a simple 2 dozen donuts and asked to pick them up a half hour before opening and they charged me $5. Ok that's great and all but the problem lies with them not even telling me until I got to work and did the math in my head and called them to ask why my total was higher than I figured. Well they told me that they threw on a $5 charge for unlocking the doors early. Seriously? My family owned this place for 10 years and that was just called "customer service." We did what was needed for the customer without asking questions. It was business! I will never spend another dollar in this place with the current owner. A pretty shady way to do business and it makes me wonder what other things they may charge customers that the customer isn't aware of since there isn't itemized receipts available for them to give. John what you did wasn't ok! I asked for nothing special for you to go out of your way to make. The product was made and ready way before I got there and would've been made either way and ready at that time whether I ordered those or not. Worst “business” if you can call it that, that I have ever been to. I have never been so disrespected, and treated so rudely by the staff of a restaurant in such a quick abrupt manner. They said they have been up since 2 am, so maybe that’s why they were so terrible to us?... had very very small selection.
