I went to Northside Pawn Shop and upon entering the store, the staff said hello and welcome even though the store had several customers they were already helping. I told them thank you and that I was "just looking". I went to the gun side of the store to look for an item. They did not have what I was asking for, but the man behind the counter said he could order it. So I said ok and I was called 5 days later, (over the weekend) and I purchased my item. I am very pleased with my purchase and the fair price and the friendly, knowledgeable staff. I love doing business with this place. The deals alone will having you coming back every chance you get. You can do business else where but I assure you it was not the high end kind money mixer does. Great staff and attitudes throughout the whole store. Thos held true for 9 years. DO NOT TAKE JEWELRY TO THESE CROOKS. I took the sake necklace to them and they switched for a fake chain. After 9 years of loyal business they wouldn't even acknowledge what their employee did. I will not be doing anymore business with this place and that hurts because I'm autistic and have certain places I got and only do business with. Went into this store and placed my TV on the counter and the short Caucasian lady asked me what did i want for the TV. Then asked did I have the remote, I said yes and $200. She snared her face up and said," I am not going anywhere near that, $75". I grabbed my TV and as she was walking away she said "thanks for checking with us" with ZERO effort in customer service!! NOT ONCE did she even ask what kind of TV it was nor did she ask anything about this television which is a 39" inch MEANT condition Phillips smart TV which sells in best buy for $329.99.
