I recently visited this smoothie king franchise and wasn’t completely satisfied due to the following.
The cashier we experienced wasn’t as polite or maybe outgoing. She was speaking on the phone while also taking our order. She gave me a brochure of the smoothies, so once I was done I held the brochure out to give it back but she said “I don’t want that” and I told her “neither do I, that’s why I’m giving it back.” Then she proceeds to say “oh I can’t take that.” I just assumed it’s due to corona protocols. However she didn’t say that’s what that was or not. Then once we got our smoothies, I had ice chips floating through and at the bottom of my smoothie. My cousins smoothie was also watered down while my mother’s smoothie only tasted like peanut butter. You guys also didn’t have almond butter so my mother could switch out the peanut for almond. Not sure why you guys didn’t have any. My farther was the only one was okay with his smoothie. Read moreI tried going directly through the app, website, email, but Smoothie King are “no longer taking surveys” at this moment. Convenient! Anyway. I’m a regular customer at this point. The best time to come here is early on the weekends. I can’t think of her name but there’s ONE really great cashier. She makes the best smoothies but there are two other cashiers in particular that can never get it right. Does management read these? I need Promise to be trained better. It’s never consistent and sometimes she forgets ingredients. Too much ice, too runny. I don’t know what’s going on. The other is a younger girl, can’t think of her name either but she had an attitude when I was making my order. I modify my smoothies and I usually order on the app but it glitches sometimes so occasionally, I have to order at the store. She was rushing me and I could hear her rolling her eyes over the microphone! She also had the audacity to get my order wrong!! As a customer, I (Dre) came in looking for something fresh and satisfying, and Jaylen recommended the Açaí Bowl — and let me tell you, it was perfect. Fresh fruits, rich açaí, and beautifully topped with granola and honey — easily one of the best bowls I’ve had.
Jaylen took the time to make sure everything was made exactly right, with care and attention to detail. His customer service was unmatched, and you could tell he genuinely enjoys making people’s day better.
