Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

I only give this review with the hopes that either management increases staff, increases wages of the understaff equal to the high level of work they do, or improve overall customer service. 2 star rating only because employee tried. I tried calling in my order 4x's and each time I got hung up on before I or employee could even speak into the phone. I then drove over with the attempt to still place my order, considering business might have been busy and not purposely giving rude service. When I arrived there was only 1 customer ahead of the line. While I waited, I noticed the employee taking orders tapping the ringing business phone to either silence it or ignore incoming calls.On 2 occasions employee picked up phone ear peace and immediately hung up (dropping the call). Therefore, my assumption confirmed. There were only 2-3 employees working.1 making the pizzas, 2nd one placing the orders, and a 3rd one who had just left with the deliveries. I mentioned my experience over the phone to the employee when trying to place my order in case business phones were malfunctioning, he said "oh sorry, it's only two of us in here working at the moment and one doing deliveries, so I'm sorry". He also said wait time would be for 30mins to have my 1 pizza ready. But employee did apologize for inconvenience, as it seemed some things might've been out of his control and he was just trying to earn his paycheck. I will think 4x's before calling or returning back here. I decided to instead take my business to your competition not far from you, who also had the same level of staffing but the service & overall experience was better. WE HAD BOUGHT CHICKEN ALFREDO PASTA AND CHICKEN HABANERO SANDWICH FEW MONTHS BACK. THE CHEFS WHO PREPARED WERE SIMPLY SUPERB / GREAT. HAVING THAT GREAT EXPERIENCE; WE AGAIN ORDERED FROM COLUMBUS INDIANA. BUT IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE; FROM A REPUTED PIZZA FOOD BUSINESS. EVEN IN THE PICTURE IT CAN BE CLEARLY SEEN, QUITE A FEW CHICKEN PIECES IN THE PASTA AND ALMOST FULL. BUT THE PASTA WHICH WE ORDERED HAD ONLY 2 CHICKEN PIECES AND NOT EVEN HALF FILLED. NOT EVEN WORTH 2 DOLLARS. THE SAME THING WITH SANDWICH, 4 PIECES OF CHICKEN AND NOT EVEN, ONE FORTH OF THE QUANTITY & QUALITY FILLING SHOWN IN THE PICTURE. IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE SERVING FREE FOR BEGGERS. WHEN WE GO ONLINE FOR ORDERING; YOU SHOW AS COUPONS WITH 1 DOLLAR LESS THAN REGULAR PRICE. YOU GUYS ARE OFFERING COUPONS MEANS YOU ARE REDUCING THE FRICE TO ATTRACT MORE CUSTOMERS TO GET MORE BUSINESS. IT IS NOWHRERE MENTIONED THAT YOU ARE GOING TO CUT QUALITY AND QUANTITY. EVERY CUSTOMER IS UNIQUE. THEY WILL CHOOSE ACCORDING TO THEIR BUDGET. BUT WHATEVER THEY BUY; THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO FEEL HAPPY AND ENJOY THE MEAL. I order Domino's for work semi regularly as I can get enough food for my long shift and have some left over for the next day. This is the first time I ordered from this Domino's. This is the first time that a Domino's has failed me.

The sauce on the pasta was not marinara like it's supposed to be, it was pizza sauce. Which took the normally pretty good pasta to pretty bad. The chicken was spongey but somewhat edible. The pasta and the chicken was still mostly edible, wasn't the most enjoyable experience though.

The pizza however, is by far the worst pizza I've gotten from Domino's in a while. There was hardly any sauce on it (most likely all put in the pasta), the pizza crust was way too thin and soggy, and the cheese was sticky. The pizza when first received was barely edible. I've stuck it in the fridge to see if after a few hours it'll be a bit better. But my hopes are quite low.

The only redeeming part of my order was the cookie brownie which is also the only part of the order without something...
