Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

Tried to visit this location today for dessert so I placed an order on the Domino pizza app the cinnamon twist were TRASH! The mediocre staff put the sugar and cinnamon on the BOTTOM and the bread twist hardly had anything on this! I became floored and pissed took it back and demanded a refund the guy who appear to be light skin or biracial he proclaimed he was “the manager” yet he had on NO NAME TAG and lacked the etiquette, soft skills he cannot be the manager certainly did not act like one and if he lied to me he should be written up or terminated that’s customer abuse had the audacity to lie to me and say that’s the way they make them. I instantaneously responded back NOT TRUE, Macon rd doesn’t do it like this they sprinkle, rub it on the bread twist! This location cannot ever do anything right! They mess up on the pizza (never put enough ingredients on the pizza.) PLEASE CLOSE DOWN THIS LOCATION ITS GIVING DOMINOS PIZZA A BAD REPUTATION! I recently placed an online order for delivery at the Domino's on Farr Road. Upon placing my order and paying for it online, I received a call from an in professional employee named Amber informing me that they did not deliver to my address after 6 p.m. and did I want to come pick up my order. Mind you that information is not mentioned anywhere on there web site. I told her that I did not want to come pick it up and if I had known in advance they did not deliver after a certain time I would not have place the order. I then had to call back and tell her that I had paid for my order online and I needed a refund. Only to have this rude person tell me it will be 3 to 6 business days before it showed on my card and then proceeded to hang up in my face. Pissed me right off and I called right back and acted the way she treated me. Because now I have to spend extra for me and my grandbabies to enjoy movie night. I am really disappointed in the service I received from this location because I order here regularly and have always had an excellent customer...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THE STAFF IS RUDE. When we ordered we informed them that we were staying at a hotel and let them know which room number and where our room was located at. 20 mins or so go by and we get a phone call from the delivery driver and she rudely told us to come to the office bc she was waiting there with our pizza. We go to the office and there is no Dominos driver anywhere. After standing in the rain for a couple of mins she finally pulls into the parking lot. So not only did the delivery driver have us waiting on her but she also brought us a pizza that wasn't even warm. It legit was room temperature like its been sitting there all day. We called Dominos to let them know and were told bc we have taken 2 bites out of the pizza they will not be remaking our order bc the pizza isn't a whole pizza?? And when we pointed out that was in no way shape or form acceptable that we have to pay $20 for a cold pizza the manager then hung the phone up on us.
