The absolute worst Dunkin I have been to. 2/21/2025 around 2:30pm-3pm there were two cars ahead of us that seemed they wanted one or two items, but the cashier took forever to help them. The location was not busy at all. Fast forward to our car and a lady with quite a huge attitude got us. My boyfriend told her what we wanted, Sabrina’s brown sugar espresso drink light ice and large, an iced lemon loaf, and a Pepsi zero. He went to tell her what size drink he wanted and she laughs at him and says they’re only bottled. Every time he would tell her what we wanted she would basically say “is that it?!” In a rude matter not even repeating the order back or giving a total. Fast forward to us being at the window and another lady got us and told us our total. We paid she handed out the coffee and said have a great day and walked away. We grabbed her attention and asked about the Pepsi zero, and she replied that they do not carry that. Okay? Why didn’t the chick with the attitude tell us that? My boyfriend replied with just asking for a Pepsi and she handed us it and tried to leave again. We asked about the lemon loaf and she looked confused. We asked if Miss attitude even rang up the other two things and the nice woman replied that Miss moody did not. We basically told her to just forget it. Honestly, if you hate your job just leave. I get people have bad days, but we literally did nothing to you. This is the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to, and I’ve only ever been to 3 in my life. Read moreI continue to have horrible experiences at this location. It's the only one on my way to work, so I attempt to eat eat every 6 months or so. Today was full of issues. It was not busy inside or out, so that isn't an excuse either.
The staff could barely be understood because they spoke so quietly and not at me. My sandwich was supposed to be on an everything bagel but they gave me a regular bagel. The bagel itself was severely burned to the point I had to stop eating it. One of my frosted donuts had smeared/missing frosting that the owner went out of his way to give me despite the rest of the full tray being perfectly presentable donuts. I was not given a receipt so I couldn't even call about it or leave feedback officially. I was not given napkins in the bag and the dispenser in the lobby was empty. I keep some in the car for times like this and was in a rush so I just took my food and left rather than have to wait for napkins.
Overall bad service and attention to detail. Once again, this location is just horribly run compared to others (specifically, the 2 in Gahanna were flawless for many years of me going multiple times a week).
Oh! I just found the order sticker on the bag and they also charged me to "eat in" even though I was asked if it was to go. At this point a refund isn't even good enough.
**Just went to eat my donuts finally and the glazed donut looks like there has been a bite taken out of it. The owner jumped in to get my donuts and I feel like this was specifically targeted at me now. What a waste - I won't even try...
Read moreI go to this Dunkin all the time and usually have a great experience, but today really bummed me out when my boyfriend and I pulled up for less than a minute and in our first 30 seconds asked to go ahead with our order 3 times after we asked if we could have a second to look. (I’ll admit, we’re a bit indecisive… but we usually know what we want after at least getting the chance to look). The last go ahead with your order was followed by “there’s cars behind you sir” (there was only one car that had just pulled behind us)…WE JUST PULLED UP TO THE SPEAKER, GIVE US A LITERAL SECOND. After pulling up to the window and waiting for the workers to stop fooling around inside, we got our coffee and was told to have a nice day abruptly. We also ordered bagel minis, so we told them we were waiting on those. They handed us the order, which turned out to be the wrong order btw. After we were already disappointed with our service, we asked for something that was so seemingly disgusting that prompted the cashier to roll her eyes (the receipt). I worked customer service for 6 years and understand having a bad day. I actually make it a point to go out of my way to be extra nice to even the upset CS workers… but to be so rude as to be that impatient and then give us the wrong order, girl bye. Dunkin more like...
