Customer service is the worse experience I have ever had. The person that toke my order today was very rude. His appearance match his attitude. I am very disappointed with this location. It is locate in the good area but services is worse than anywhere in Columbus. I keep asking the man what is wrong and if he is not happy taking my order I can go somewhere else but he just ignore my questions. I ask if he is the manager and he lied to me that he is not and I found out later that he was and his name was Sam. The order was a treat from me to my coworkers. Not only I shared the food but I also shared this experiences with my co-workers- doctors, nurses, social workers. As the owner if this location I am sure you are aware that bad news travel fast and everyone has friends and family that they share it with. Read moreIf it were possible to give negative stars, this Papa Johns would be a -10!!!! I should have read the reviews for this location before placing my order. I called asking to use the coupon the person said that coupon could not be accepted as it was not in their system, so I placed the order anyway. The person who took my order said it would be 29-37 minutes. I called an hour later they said they were waiting for a delivery driver to pick up the order. I called again after waiting almost 2 hrs and they said the order should arrive within 15-20 minutes. I'd like to mention too that on the second call I asked them to cancel the delivery and I could come to the store to pick it up, they said they could not change the delivery status!!!!!!!! Driver—shunted on to DoorDash even though we ordered through Papa John’s—marked our order as delivered. It wasn’t delivered.
Tried to call Papa John’s for about five hours to make it right, no answer, no way to get through to the store except to show up and get ignored by staff who could care less.
Still waiting a day later for anyone higher up to actually return messages. It’s just thievery at this point.
This is the first 1 star review I have ever given.
Update: 24 hours later finally got ahold of a woman manager…. Who hung up on me. How helpful. Contacted social media and they’ve promised to get my refund and were more helpful and listened at least.
Skip this location: Employees and management seem to be resentful at best of their job and I can only imagine what that means for the quality of the product...
