I tried this place once with Idir he gave my 2 year old son a perfect hair cut I was really satisfied so I decided to go back again I didn't find Idir but the person at the reception with the Green eyes didn't give me the chance to chose who I want he automatically scheduled me with Alejandro, I was ok let me try and I was very disappointed. Alejandro was so rude to me and to my son too and he kept talking to his coworker while keeping my son waiting I don't have problem with waiting but it's hard to keep a 2 years toddler busy for a long time , I didn't like the results but it doesn't matter to me the haircut cause the hair will grow again but what most matters to me it's customer service, I don't think that I will come...

My son got this cut and told him not to cut on the top of his sides and leave the bulk but he didn’t understand and just kept saying yes. Alejandro proceeds to keep cutting it and when my son said he didn’t like it he brought his manager. And he proceeds to be rude and said what’s the problem and, he told my son to leave and don’t come back.
