New review. DON’T GO HERE! I wish I could put 0 stars, they deserve nothing more. This is now the fourth time I’ve been here and I thought, well I’ll give it a try one more time and it just gets worse every single time I go here. It’s Thanksgiving and they have a sign up saying they’re open until 1:30 but they refuse to make hot coffee so I ordered a refresher and pulled up and it was the wrong one so I told him that’s not what I ordered and he told me, I don’t know what to tell you, we’re closing soon. I said this is ridiculous and he started yelling at me and refused to make the right refresher and as he was yelling at me he decided to close the window and starting waving at me and yelling at me to leave. I’ve never in my life been treated so badly by anyone. I refuse to allow it. I don’t know where Dunkin gets their employees from but maybe they should try to actually hire someone who can run a company that actually cares about customer service because no one at this location cares about anyone. I’ll be trying to get ahold of a owner or supervisor because I won’t be treated like this now or ever again.
So I’ve been to this location 3 times now and this was the worst visit by far. The same lady has been the one working every single time and she’s so rude it’s ridiculous. There’s no reason for this. When I’m placing my order I order 2 ice coffee’s made a certain way and a X-Large hot coffee. My same order every time and when I ask for 5 cream, 5 liquid sugar, 5 or 6 vanilla/caramel and I have to ask for extra ice every single time. It’s ice coffee it should have ice and I shouldn’t have to ask for it. The hot coffee is bitter and not hot. How can hot coffee not be hot? Today was the worst as far as customer service. She’s so rude and makes you feel like a bad person just for describing what you want and then you get screamed at and told to come to the window before you’re done ordering. Today again no extra ice and the hot coffee, the cup is disgusting and covered in what looks like chocolate, let’s hope it’s chocolate and is sticky, I didn’t notice this until I got home and had it all over my hand and cup. I took photos of the cup. I’ll never go to this one again. I just don’t understand why it has to be so hard...
Read moreI ordered a mobile pick up this morning because the app says they open at 5am. After about ten minutes of sitting at the speaker in the drive thru I pulled up to the window hoping to be able to get my drink. The lights and menu board were all on, so I just assumed no one heard the drive thru go off. Mamtha came to the window and informed me that they don’t open until 5:30. I let her know the ordering app shows them being open at 5 and I already placed an order. Instead of apologizing for the incorrect information on the app or my wait time she says “I already made your drink, but so you know for next time we don’t open until 5:30” in the snottiest tone she could manage, hands me my not full ice coffee, shuts the window, and starts to walk away. I yell for a straw, when she opens the window I state again that I wouldn’t have come if the app didn’t say they were open, and I wouldn’t have waited if I hadn’t already paid. She hands me my straw, and again just says “we aren’t open” shuts the window and walks away.
I’m not a person to complain, and had she just said “I’m so sorry about that I’ll try to get it fixed, I would have gone on with my day with no issue. Instead she acted as if I was supposed to know the app was wrong and this was my fault for inconveniencing her.
I’m a regular customer at the Dunkin a few blocks west, where the staff is always friendly, moving forward I will know better than to come to this location. I would have never dreamed that two locations owned by the same team could have such opposite...
Read moreThis is honestly the WORST Dunkin I have ever been to! Today there was a man in a black shirt and a girl working. We had two separate orders and they told us we couldn’t order both at the same time AND we couldn’t pay at the same time. We were told we had to pull around the building again and then order the second. There was only one car behind us, but that wasn’t until later. My husband just asked a question about ordering the second order. It was something like “can we put in the order now, since we already put in the first order and you told us our total?” The man working got incredibly angry! My husband wasn’t rude or anything, he was just wondering. At the time of the order nobody was behind us. They really wanted us to drive around the building twice. We were just confused about it. We do separate orders all the time at other Dunkin’s. They have never made us drive around twice. We went to pay for the first order and the man was going off behind the window staring at my husband directly and waving his hands going crazy. We just didn’t understand the rules I guess, about having to drive around the building again for the second order. We weren’t rude or anything. The man in the black shirt took it to another level. The man was a complete lunatic! My mom was so uncomfortable she didn’t get her coffee. We just wanted to leave. I was too uncomfortable to drink my coffee I threw it away. Sorry we dare to ask a question. I will be...
