African Paradise West — Restaurant in Franklin Township

A very pleasant. Surprise! This little restaurant is tucked away on the west side of Columbus. Knowing it was Heritage day, I decided to stop by here and give it a try!

I ordered the chicken and rice and it was amazing. The price was a little bit steep at 15.00 for my meal. But I am pretty sure I ordered the dinner portion and not the lunch portion. Also. I am 150% more willing to pay a few extra dollars for a well above average dollar, and support out local businesses!!

Parking looks really cramped in the lot, like another mentioned. But there is plenty or parking right next to it.

Terrible experience here! Very bad food and service! They flopped down a plastic water bottle instead of bringing us a glass, gave us no utensils, and we had to beg for napkins...very sloppy service, and, food was expensive! And, they insisted on putting us women in a back room away from the main dining room by ourselves. Was discriminated against big time and what they did is NOT LEGAL!!!! Do not go here to eat if you are a woman because what they do to women should not be tolerated in Columbus! It is illegal to discriminate in a public place like...

Let me tell you why I traveled 30 miles to get the chicken steak Biryani spicy dish. While I waited for them to cook to order I was offered a delicious cup of tea. I have had Biryani all over the world and leave it to a small little place on West Broad Street to make the most amazing, tantalizing and absolutely finger-licking delicious spicy Biryani with the boneless chicken steak I've ever had. They give you a huge portion. I'm telling you take my advice go there and Order what I had. You will not be sorry. Five star service and five star food...
