Dunkin' — Restaurant in Columbus

Unfortunately doughnuts aren't fresh like they are at other places so won't get them at dunkin anymore. Its sad that your doughnuts are made somewhere else and delivered to each location so its hard to know when the doughnuts were made and delivered frozen. Mine were very cold inside and had a doughy taste as if frozen to soon or not thawed completely. Don't waste money on the half empty breakfast wraps because all you eat is the tortilla. I can get a better breakfast wrap at the gas station. The coffee i got was so strong i couldn't drink it and i like dunkin coffee so not sure what the issue was considering i got all of this at 5:20am in the morning since they opened at 5am I will add the breakfast sandwich I had once before was good. I think I'll stick with the local mom n pop doughnut shops in town. Service was polite and friendly and seemed clean inside. Thanks anyway dunkin but don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Should my coffee have been handed to me black and unsweet? Because I added about 2 ounces of milk to it to get it this caramel color.

That was after I told dude at the window I wanted milk on it. He said 3 pumps skim milk. Okay then....so literally not even a half ounce of milk. I told him fine, I have milk at home I'll add it myself. He hands me a cup of milk. Well, that spills all over my car and me. And when I dump out a good part of my coffee and my ice to get my coffee not black anymore it spills all over my hands. He gave me some napkins at least. All of this, plus the detailing I'm going to have to pay for to have the milk shampooed out of my seats could have been avoided if they just made the coffee correctly, or took "no, I'll fix my drink at home" as an answer.

i usually make my own coffee at home but had seen a sandwhich at dunkin i wanted to try. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. NEVER go to this dunkin. the workers are rude, nothing is fresh, AND i had to have my coffee remade THREE times because they kept giving me stale espresso. i know my coffee but the dude just kept arguing with me rather than just making me new espresso. i got my son a donut that had black stuff on the bottom. the worker said it’s “from the trays” and still okay to eat. whatever the donut was too hard for him to eat anyways. my sandwhich was still cold on the inside and only had one small piece of bacon on it. and to top it all off i saw one of the workers pick a lid up off the floor and use it because the lid holder needed refilled…. overall my experience was absolutely awful. this dunkin should be shut down i wish i could...
