This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any food establishment. From the beginning it was an upset, after placing my order I get a call that they are out of chicken. I had to substitute for taco meat which is cheaper and I was not returned my difference. The order was placed at 9:00pm for a 9:20pm ready time. I did not arrive until around 9:40pm. I think that gives ample time to complete and double check an order. The kids meal was missing the drink and cookie to which I had to get back out into the cold and slipperry ground to retrieve. Upon getting home and opening my dinner after; a long day at school and work, there is no steak on my steak bowl. Another thing I was charged for but didn’t receive a difference when not received. I also paid for a tortilla to go along with my bowl to which I did not receive either. Upon calling the store to advise them of the errors the rep tells me not to eat my incorrect dinner and return it the following day for them to replace it. Today I ordered a bowl (toasted) with steak, double barb, brown rice, lettuce and cilantro. It was burnt. The lettuce was disgusting and the cilantro was a step away from being basil. We order here all the time and have never had an issue. I call the store and request to speak to the manager and the owner answers. Perfect. I explain to the owner, Jay (she refused to give the first initial to her last name though I asked politely more than once), that the food looked gross/burnt multiple times. She responded by saying the food is toasted (I know this I've ordered a decent amount from here). She also stated the food is put into a hot box. Waited until the order should have been ready. 2 different customers walked in maybe 2 minutes before my order ready time so I figured I'd go in to pick it up since they would be busy with the new orders. I got in asked about my order and was told it wasn't ready. It was after my order ready time and my order wasn't even started. I understand finishing the order they were working on but insted of filling my now late order next they took the other customer that was in line before starting my order it was almost 20 mins after my order was supposed to be ready before it was.
