We had an awful experience here, we placed a pick up order for birria tacos and fajita nachos excited to try this place for the first time, my husband picks the order up and brings it home.
We get the food out and notice the fajita nachos I thought I ordered aren’t together but everything is separate and they forgot the cheese sauce, the most important part! My bf calls to let them know and the manager gave him the worst time. All we wanted was to be able to pick up the sauce so I didn’t have dry nachos. The manager goes on and on how it couldn’t possibly be their fault and after a few minutes of back and forth the manager says to bring in our receipt and he would replace the food and that it should be ready by the time we get there, well on the way there the manager calls and says to bring back ALL the food, mind you we did our best, they gave us everything separately and gave us crappy tin foil containers that were falling apart so we bagged what we could in a ziplock baggy. My bf gets there and the manager says he can’t do anything about it bc we didn’t bring everything back, we just wanted our sauce and he had already told us we could have it by the time we got there and it would be ready, but they haven’t even started it yet and still have my husband a hard time about it. After going back and forth they finally remade the fajita nachos for me bc everything was cold at this point, but the point is that they have terrible customer service and the food isn’t worth the $40 we spent even if the cheese sauce was there in the first place. Oh and don’t let me forget they even hung the phone up on us when trying to talk to them, and we were nice the entire time!!! 0/10...
Read moreMy husband and I have eaten here three times, this far. Every time has been great. The employees are super nice and respectful. The first time we ate here I brought my service dog and the staff was super kind and understanding. The second time I came I didn't need my service dog with me. Unlike some people with disabilities, mine has flair up days and no flair up days. And typically when I don't have a flair up day, as long as my husband is there I am completely fine not needing my SD. Well, this time time we came was a flair up day and I needed him. Originally we went to Asian Star but they turned us away because of my SD which is actually a federal crime and against not only federal law, but state as well. My husband was in a bad mood and furious but we didn't have time to sort the b.s. and I was still hungry. I mention this because when I asked what he wanted to do he suggested Mi Tradicion because he said, and I quote "they love Leeroy" (that's my SDs name). Thank you Mi Tradicion for being so kind and not making a big deal of me needing my service dog. We love him as a dog, but at the end of the day, legally he is my...
Read moreI am giving this a two star rating.Because this is the second time that I have purchased chorizo Queso from this restaurant and not been provided with enough chips. One month ago I purchased 2 queso chorizo's and they only gave me 1 bag of chips when I asked for the second bag, they charged me two dollars, stating that they typically only give one bag. Tonight I purchased three orders of chorizo queso one for my husband, myself and my son. When I receive my order it had one larger bag of chips instead of three bags. The large bag of chips was equivalent to 2 bags of chips; however, I ordered three choriz quesos for 3 different people. When I asked why there were not three bags of chips to go with each queso, they told me I have to place three separate orders. Obviously, one person is not eating 3 separate quesos, so it would make sense that each cheese had its own chips. The flavor of their cheese is good, but if i'm not gonna get the equivalent chips to eat the cheese, I'll go back to my other restaurant who provides the same quality, flavor, price and an...
