Update Mechanic was up front oiling lanes and while doing so the power rail on 7 pin side of lane 46 malfunctioned and instead of doing anything about it he waited til the open bowlers got done to take care of it. It looked like it was something simple but he didn’t do anything and a little kid was bowling and needed bumpers but he just sat on the ball return hood and did nothing. And far as I am concerned this is not a sanction bowling alley. While the lane machine is oiling lanes on its own the mechanic NEVER SPOTTED THE APPROACHES for leagues. I have never seen where a bowling alley doesn’t do this. Pitiful!

To get on their WiFi they want to know all of your information name email D.O.B cell number. This is absurd there is no reason for all of that. And they make it seem like they’re desperate to get people in here into bowl that when you sign up for their WiFi they are giving you one free game of bowling. The masking units look like crap. Fireworks don’t go well with the bowling aspect but what do you expect with amf garbage. They would be better off having a digitalized masking units for some...

I have been patronizing this establishment for years and the entire staff has been consistently rude and clearly does bot appreciate their customers. I have finally come to the conclusion that I will no longer continue to give my money to a business that does not value it's customers. They are so very rude and I question myself why I continued to place their pricing ( which is reasonable) over my personal value. They are all so incredibly rude, that I have finally awakened and will not return. I would rather pay more money then be treated like my family does...
