Perhaps I expect more since I once worked at a Little Caesars years ago. This place just doesn't cut it. They have a quarter of the menu to cook for that we had to back in the 90's, so why can't they get it right?
The last visit I called in and ordered 2 square pan pizzas. Ready in 5 minutes he said. (Caesars piizza takes 8 minutes in the oven to cook correct). I remember saying "square pan" . That's how I order my Little Caesars pizza, that's how we confirm that's what a customer wanted back in the day. I didn't get a total for my order either, which was odd.
When I arrived, they first denied that I called in the order. How could you forget, I ordered it 5-10 minutes ago? Then they found the ticket and they made me round crust pizza's instead. He told me I should not have asked for "pan" pizza and pointed to the stack of round and square pans. Well ok fine, you got me good job dealing with the customer. The fact that this same gentleman said that remark made me think that perhaps he was the one that took my order. He offered to make square deep dish pizzas if I wanted to wait 8 minutes. There were tons of folks waiting for their pizza in there, so I said no, I'll take these pizzas. I had to remind him I ordered crazy bread too.
When I got home, we started digging into the pizza and crazy bread, at this point I knew this was going to be the last visit. The pizza wasn't very good and the crazy bread was full of end pieces. To explain, crazy bread is made from a small dough ball and you cut it into 8 strips, then bake it on cornmeal for 4-5 minutes (same oven as the pizza, but its inserted into the oven in the middle). When it comes out, you have 4 nice long pieces, 2 shorter pieces and then 2 crescent shaped pieces. Well, I got 8 crescents. This means, they made 4 ordered of crazy bread at the same time, which if I recall my days working at Caesars, this is not possible. The platform is big enough to fit maybe 1-2 orders to properly butter and season them. Sure, I recall on occasion you could get 2 ordered mixed up, but to make 4 orders at the same time and put the ends in one order is just flat out stupid. Also explains why there was hardly any butter or seasoning on them.
The saying "you get what you pay for" applies here. I can tell you though, with quality control and good management, Little Caesars is quite capable of delivering pizza on par, if not better, than any other pizza chain. This particular location, well let the picture of the crazy bread...
Read moreI only go to this location because the service is great and when they make my pizza fresh my pizza's be on point toppings are loaded just the way i like it and the way i paid for it! however, my recent visit I've notice the 1 employee digging in his nose and stared to make my pizza without washing his hands and i off the rip put a stop to it and ask for a manager and asked if someone one else could make my food instead. The employee said he washed his hands and started to make my pizza bare hands and I said nahhh that's ok i rather you not! Also on a separate un related day the cut station I'm noticing the younger employees talking over pizzas as they come out and cutting them and notching one coughing and laughing over folks food!!! I don't know about you all but that's a huge pet peeves of mine. you can see small spit flying everywhere with the right lighting. Don't get me wrong the staff if is wonderful the service is great the food is A1 just some tweaking is all small...

We ordered a couple of extramostest pizzas and the sausage pizza had 14 pieces of sausage on the entire pizza and the pepperoni wasn't any better. I tried to call the store, but they never answer their phones. I ended up contacting someone from their FB page which told me to call their customer support team. I did this and after a month, an area manager called me and apologized for the pathetic pizza. He told me that there would be a credit for our pizza in their system.
Today I tried to call to order the pizzas to use the credit and again, they don't answer their phones. Tried FB again only to be told to call the customer service number. I waited on hold for 24 minutes...
