So far, I e been here twice, and I absolutely LOVE it! The first time, I got the trio sampler with the numbers 14, 16, and 17. Now I know I love the number 16, which is the Fire and Ice, so thatās what I got for both scoops this time around. The other flavors were good, too, but I absolutely LOVE the spicy chocolate that is the Fire and Ice!
Iāve been looking for a long time for sweet and spicy treats, and this hit the spot. Jeniās used to do a spicy chocolate, but I have to say that each time I go to Jeniās I have buyers remorse due to the heavy price and light portions. Mardi Gras, on the other hand, will supply you with a satisfying portion for your hard earned cash.
If youāve had Jeniās spicy ice cream youāll recall the deep, dark chocolate with a subtle spice, but Mardi Gras is comin atcha with some creamy milk chocolate and plenty of kick! And itās not just a simple cayenne spice, either. Iām not sure what the added nuance is, but the amazing chef told me she blends her own spices for the flavors; and Iām just grateful to be able to enjoy. So if youāre an ice cream connoisseur who loves complex and delicious flavor, or even if you just love a cold treat and want some of the most delicious ice cream youāve ever had, go get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYou saw it here first. The famous magical Unicorn frappuccino. Not available til tomorrow, I won't say which location took pity on me, but as I'm having surgery tomorrow and can't have any sugar while this limited edition will be available I told them my situation and this sweet guy made me one even though they don't come out til tomorrow and made me wrap it in a napkin and go out the back door š I will say as pretty as it is it's a simple Mango creme frappuccino, it just is brightly colored and the blue drizzle is some kind of sour flavor along with the sprinkles on top being a sour flavor as well. But I truly do not want to know how much sugar it contained be sure I truly felt a sugar high after drinking it. Was nice to get the opportunity to taste but all the hype didn't live up to mythical unicorns. I truly did appreciate the guy willing to break Starbucks rules and allow me a special preview due to my situation. People are seriously flipping over this drink it's kinda insane! It is just a drink at the end of the day. #unicornfrappuccino #starbucks #starbucksunicornfrappuccino #frappuccino #unicorns #sweetandsour #starbuckssecretmenu #starbuckslimitededition...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe came already excited because of the reviews and they weren't wrong! There is a ton of variety and flavors of ice cream. The shop is owned by a couple and it seems like they've been there for a long time. It's a small shop, with a comfortable vibe.
We got a scoop each and it's $3.25 for 1 scoop of ice cream in a cup. It might seem a bit expensive, but it's quality ice cream!
I got the guava ice cream and it was absolutely delicious, very fresh and creamy; the guava flavor was not lacking. We're not sure what the other flavor of ice cream we got was, but it was also delicious and very unique; it had mango, but the sherbet was green and tasted like tamarind.
This is a hidden gem because it's located in the suburbs and many people overlook it because it's in a plaza with many other businesses.
There's plenty of parking outside and right now, you need a mask to go in! Usually, they allow sampling, but during this pandemic, there is no sample available. I recommend this place for a unique experience, delicious quality homemade ice cream, and for a pick me up or...
