Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Columbus

Visitng from out of state and was very excited that there was a long johns silvers near us. Was the worst experience ever!! First it was sooo hot inside i dont think there was any A/C., being almost 100 degrees outside this should be something thats needed. The gentlemen took our order. I asked for a reciept he told me he didnt know how to print a reciept. I asked if anyone else around knew how to print one he said no. So i got no receipt for proof of purchase on my card. We got our drinks filled with ice from behind the counter by the gentleman but told us to use the fountain machine in lobby, which turned out to be super flat. Not one choice but 4 different kinds. I went to tell the guy maybe his co2 or something was out n not only did he not ask to fill the sodas from the machine at drive thru but he was sitting on top of the drive thru counter and there was an older woman standing between his legs rubbing his legs. This was very inappropriate as my 2 children age 5 and 12 were watching. If he had time to sit he had time to clean as this place was in bad shape inside....

Never really has been one of the friendliest places I have ate. I don't know, just never really seems anyone in the years stopping in here off and on has anyone greeted us upon coming in, or really seemed happy to be there. It's a co-brand so LJS and KFC which has potential. Sometimes the food is good. Other times it's not so great and seems like it sat for a long time. **Update per maps request: Stopped in yesterday Angela took our order and was very friendly (finally a friendly worker) however not changing the amt of stars as the floor was very slippery all over like someone mopped grease then mopped the front area with the same mop. In all the years coming here I had never entered the bathroom until now. The ladies bathroom was filthy. The toilet bowl inside had a black mold looking ring indicating no one uses a toilet brush on it in some time. It was pretty early in the day making me wonder if it has been like...

Customer service was absolutely appalling! I pulled up to window and was asked for my order, I was then interrupted to be told computers would be down for about 10 minutes I was nice and willing to wait.. I was then told to move to parking lot as to not make window time high.. when I asked how will I know when your ready to take my order, I was told to just play a guessing game and keep trying. When I expressed how ridiculous that was I was refused service at all, and the guy behind window was hanging out shouting and laughing about it WHILE A CUSTOMER WAS TRYING TO PAY FOR THEIR ORDER! And they beg for more money acting like this...
