Went through with a mobile order for breakfast and the cashier removed my coupon I had applied and tried to tell me I had to pay for it and I showed her my app where there was a coupon and the coupon was there until she touched the computer. She gets her manager who was extra rude and told me that I owed $1.99 because it partially charged me due to me not having money and I showed her my bank app like nope that’s not it either and I showed her the coupon code that her employee removed from the order and she smacked her lips at me blamed it on the app and told me she couldn’t do anything. I had to demand her to refund my order because she wanted me to pay rather than just reapplying the coupon code. It was an honest mistake on the cashiers part but that foreign manager was as rude as rude gets. Then when she finally refunded my order she’s like ok you can place another mobile order now. Like no I won’t be placing another mobile order here. You never gave me the order so I’m not required to reorder and she smacked her lips at me again and I had to driver off to keep from losing my cool with her because I was polite about getting an honest mistake fixed and that manager came through on her attitude horse and ran me over for no reason at all! Worst McDonald's in Columbus. One word: SLOW. You will wait forever in the drive-thru. Seriously. I will drive all the way to the McD's by Olentangy, get my order and get home faster than getting that drive thru. So that's what we do.
