DON'T GO HERE, HUGE RIP OFF AND WASTE OF MONEY! The employees were so rude and disrespectful! My partner and I ordered two "surprise bags" of food. We have done this lots of times at other places, but this was the first time at this restaurant. We ordered two so we could each have one for dinner, I stayed home with our sick baby, and my husband went to pick up the food. We paid in advance. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US THE FOOD WE PAID FOR! The employee tried to reach out and take my husband's phone so he could confirm the order, before even giving him the order. He gave us this one small bowl and didn't even put the lid on it. That is in the attached picture. It wasn't worth the money we paid, especially not since we didn't even get enough for dinner for one...after paying for two! The employee said that he would only give me partner one item because he was only one person who showed up...which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and paying in advance so I can stay home with the baby! On top of everything, we didnt get any refund for the second bag that they refused to give us. So we paid for two, they only gave us one, and refused to make it right. I'm so angry about this! My advice to whoever owns this place is, get your business off of the "too good to go" app if this is how you're treating people. That was ridiculous. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. No other restaurant or business who uses that app has ever been so horribly rude and disrespectful, and no one else has tried to rip people...
Read moreMy recent visit to Shawarma Bite was marred by a distressing encounter that calls into question their commitment to customer service. I specifically requested a steak shawarma, yet was served chicken instead. Upon addressing this with the employee, Mohammad, the situation escalated rather than being amicably resolved.
Despite my clear communication, Mohammad responded with unwarranted hostility, insisting that the error was mine. This confrontation was further exacerbated when I sought assistance from another employee, only to be instructed to keep the incorrect order. However, Mohammad abruptly demanded that I return the meal, proceeding to dispose of it in the trash. Adding insult to injury, I was then asked to pay extra for the steak shawarma.
The entire ordeal was not just about receiving the wrong order, but more about the lack of accountability and the absence of basic courtesy. An apology and a simple correction would have sufficed, but instead, I was met with blame and additional charges. This experience starkly contrasts with the standard of customer service one would expect.
For those seeking a dining experience with respectful service and attention to customer needs, I regret to say Shawarma Bite, particularly when dealing with the employee Mohammad, may not meet your expectations. This incident reflects poorly on their establishment and suggests a need for significant improvement in their customer...
Read moreWorst fast food experience ever! WASTE OF TIME! First, I called in at 9:00 asking to order ahead of time. I was told that my order would not be taken, because it was so crowded, that I would need to come in. Excited to try this “fast food” establishment, I came to the restaurant. There was a line, but nothing too complex for competent, experienced (someone who does this everyday) restaurant workers. However, my wait was 45 minutes, A (one of approx 5) worker only apologized to the family in front of him and also offered them free food, that another customer did not want, however that particular customer (that did not want the food) was still allowed to continue to order and continue to change his mind while people are standing in line not being served. What topped off this COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME is, when it was my time to order they where out of rice and instead of the worker offering me something else, he gave me the look of as if he was more confused than he ever has been in his life ( and possibly thinking is the most difficult position he’s been put in), and shrugged his shoulders, once I walked away he asked if I wanted something else. But after such a disgusting experience why would someone want to spend...
