McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbus

Wish i could give a zero star.I came through the drive through and ordered a double Quarter pounder meal with tea and two 6 count nugget kids meals with tea and the lady asked if I wanted a 4 count I said no.. 6 please . She said drive around NEVER once actually saying they no longer sale 6 count kids meals .I was just asked to drive around. As I paid and got my Receipt I seen they had rang me up for two 4 count nuggets meals and I told the lady at the second window that it was wrong and should be two 6 count kids meals. She tells me they no longer sale 6 count nugget kids meals but mind you it was on the menu still at that time. well the lady I asked walked off and said I will get someone AND walked back to tell me the lady that took my order said she TOLD me they don't sale a 6 count with an attitude. Since when does McDonald's not sale 6 count kids meals . 🤔 enough with the attitude if you don't like your job then find something else that does not involve customer service because you dont have the skill to handle it. I was nice at first just a bit confused and trying to figure out why a 6 count kids nugget meal was still on the menu and they no longer serve it. I got pissed when I was given an attitude about it. I believe i should have been able to still get the 6 count kids meals since they still advertised them on the menu. When I got home I decided to call the manchester location where this happened and a guy answered i explained what i wanted and what happened and i told him they should take the 6 count off the menu and he said they are working on it and i proceed to tell him the manager had an attitude and he said... Ma'am have a nice day not even giving me a chance to say what happened he was even more rude. People want money but don't want to work for it anymore .Very sad! Receipt number 16 on Friday sep...

For one there are McDonald's that are hiring people for more than just $9 an hour which is advertised even in rural areas in GA.

I'm assuming that is the reason why this place does not have no napkins, spoons, forks and paper towels available in the bathrooms. If I was a betting woman and I needed to use the restroom, I'm pretty sure there's no toilet paper in there as well.

I was hoping to get some napkins or paper towels and some hand sanitizer to wipe off the table myself.

The workers are friendly and have good customer service but mediocre. I asked one of the workers for some napkins so I can wipe off my table/seat and if she had any type of spray so I can just wipe it off myself, however she said she'll do it. She only wiped off the table but did not wipe off this seat, and remove someone's hat that was left there.

It appears that a lot of homeless people frequent in this McDonald's as well.

The USB charging port doesn't work properly and the other one is broken. I plugged up my phone it went from 86% to 84%, thank goodness I had my power bank with me. Unfortunately I did not have a base to use the regular outlet.

Ketchup and other unidentifiable stains are on the walls.

I am so disgusted and wish that I was not in a situation where I would have to wait in this lobby. Unfortunately my car is in the shop at the moment.

In conclusion, pay these people more money, have management keep someone consistently on top of keeping the tables clean, stocked up, floors swept at least if they can't mop and the walls clean, etc etc.

I have been wanting to try the new cinnamon sticks they have for breakfast. So today my grandson drove me there. We got two sausage burritos, which it comes 2 for $2, and I got a dozen cinnamon sticks and then of course I bought my grandson breakfast. The cinnamon sticks are dee-licious, it's almost like a beignet with cinnamon instead of powdered sugar. I haven't tasted my burrito yet but I've had them and I know they're good. The only thing that happened was when we left the drive-thru with our food I happened to look in it and saw it was the wrong stuff. So my grandson parked and took it inside. They told him they were sorry they gave him the wrong bag. They just put our correct food inside that bag on top of the stuff that the other whoever had ordered so that means he had plenty of breakfast. I always try to check my food before I leave the area when I get a to go order. I recommend you try these cinnamon sticks from McDonald's they are very good. Oh, just a note so you will know, if you like the fish sandwich from McDonalds, every time you order it be sure and tell them you want it "fresh out the grease". It takes a little longer that way but when you get it it is fresh and steamy and so good. I hate to get a fish sandwich and it's just barely warm. maybe they had one or two fish patties under the heat lamp. try that if you like the fish sandwich. They call it well done on the ticket. I recommend McDonald's to anybody and try these cinnamon sticks, good, good,...
