Let me add to this 5 months later Aug2023. These baristasneed to get their customer servicefigired out you dont leave a paying customer waiting and waiting especially when you have their drink made and you sit lid on top then go to make another drink then snap lid and hand drink come on. I was waiting 15 min lady after me had her drink anf stuff nefore me i mever said one word either to be waiting purposely.......Thought I'd share that my experience today at this particular location was not as pleasant as it normally is. I order everyday from this location I spend about $75 a week maybe more at this location and I've had a few incidents similar to the one I had today but I don't complain about it but today I am. I had over half of my order I preordered 45 minutes in advance it's just to have to 15 minutes for a barista to ask me what my name was I told her she said it is coming up and she continued to make 5 other drinks and then I've seen the 6 drink was still not mine so I went up to her and said I will come back to get it I can't wait any longer I have to get my kid to school. I came back to get my drink that I spent $7 on and it was sitting there not even cold anymore and the ice was completely melted and I asked for a cup of ice I did not even complain about the not freshly made drink sitting there and the barista that had initially asked me my name when I was waiting was very rude about how she made the cup of ice and handed it to me and I still said have a nice day. I don't normally complain but this was beyond disrespectful and I leave tips for the baristas because I go there so often and I really don't appreciate how I was treated today my drink should have been made fresh when I came back I am not asking for a lot I'm going to be calling customer service and complaining because I feel I should be refunded for a drink that literally was not made fresh that I spent enough money on to make sure that it's made fresh I am going to be a Karen today I don't care neither. I’m always reluctant to use the bathroom while I’m studying at any Starbucks because their usually so disgusting but this one was extremely clean! I just wish they had paper towel so you could grab the door handle because obviously I doubt the employees grab it with their shirt like myself meaning they’re going right back to work with contaminated hands even if they wash (from grabing the door handle) but other than that, I have no complaints- this will be my new go to spot!
