Update 3⭐️: The manager Austin replaced our order, was professional, and kind. Update 1⭐️: 12/4/24 9:30pm. And again. We ordered delivery. 1 Big Dinner Box and 1 redeemed free medium 2 topping pizza. Doordash delivered and we didn't get our redeemed pizza. Driver told me to call doordash but doordash tells me Pizzahut has to fix it. I can't EVER get through to the store. I don't have a car right now. Very unprofessional how this keeps happening. Dominos doesn't deliver where I am. Donatos is expensive. No Papa Johns around. PLEASE HELP pizza hut. Update 3⭐️: 9/30/24 8pm. Never received a call back from anyone. We finally got transportation today and went up there. The manager made the whole meal we ordered Saturday for us again (free of charge) as compensation and made sure to not forget the 2 liter. I updated to a 3 star for solving our issue with ease. Thank you. Original 1⭐️: 9/29/24 11:45am. My family and I ordered online delivery for 1 BigDinnerBox (3 Pizzas), 1 Mini Cinnibon Rolls, and 1 Dr. Pepper (2 Liter) on 9/28/24 at 5:33pm. We received our order with the Dr. Pepper missing. We asked the driver where the Dr. Pepper was and he said that Pizza Hut didn't give him Dr. Pepper. It's YOUR job Pizza Hut to make sure the driver has everything. It's YOUR job driver to make sure you have everything because, after all, you are getting the tip! I will keep cash on hand from now on to make sure my order is delivered complete before tipping. We DO NOT have a vehicle and rarely order delivery because of fees and tip. We wanted to surprise our children and the soda not being delivered ruined the night. The point is the point. We paid for a meal and expect complete delivery. I've called pizza hut and was hung up on once. Put on hold for more than 10 minutes 3 times. I was told by the "call center" that the store would call me, and to no surprise, they didn't call. I am now on hold yet again (16 min and counting) to try and get this resolved. If I had a car I WOULD be up there. This is terrible. Customer service jobs are so easy and actually fun when done correctly. I've worked them. I just can't stand poor service. This location is very well below 0 stars. More like, negative 10. I want my Dr. Pepper! $3.39 for a 2 liter. I want it today. Calling corporate. Will...

Just do yourself a favor and don’t order from here. Every single time I’ve ordered online and showed up at the time they said it would be ready, it never was. ALWAYS waited an additional 15 to 20 minutes more.

The final straw was my most recent order, I arrived 10 minutes later for its reported time (I’ve learned my lesson to minimize my wait in the take out area that has no seating whatsoever), and was told they had an issue with their oven and had to remake it. So now I’m 30 minutes past the time I placed the order, and 10 minutes past when I was supposed to have my food, and I’m in it for another 20 minutes to have them remake it. Fine.

30 minutes later, so now an hour past the initial order time, I ask what’s going on, and he finds out they never even started it, so he asked them to start it now. I guess he assumed they did and I wait again. 22 minutes later, now an hour and 22 minutes after initial order, and now almost an hour standing in the restaurant, I ask again, where is it?

He goes back and asks, and comes up and says “you’re not gonna believe this…”. My mouth dropped open. Yep. Still not even started. I was ASTOUNDED. Mind you I was not the only one waiting. There were at least 6 other people in the same boat.

How you can keep “forgetting” to refire food for people that are literally STARING AT YOU is BEYOND INCOMPREHENSIBLE to me. They should shut the place down. I will never go back, and always tell people not to even try, because the staff...

TERRIBLE. I placed an order through the pizza hut website. They tell me doordash is going to pick it up. 1 hour wait time. Cool. Less than 1 hour later, I get a door dash notification saying my order was canceled....tried calling the store 4 times and the store won't answer at all. I'm now on the phone with door dash. Believe me I will be in person tomorrow because door dash can't even get a hold of them. Terrible customer service

Update, I can't get ahold of the store, coorpate and even the website says it can't log me in and try again later. Worst ordering pizza experience ever. Pizza hut lost me as a customer. Would not recommend them!

UPDATE: I sent an email from the response under this and still no answer. It's now been 5 days that I haven't been compensated for a pizza that was never delivered and canceled before an hour after it was even placed. IT SHOULD NEVER BE THIS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF A PIZZA PLACE.
