I want to tell everyone about this special place, but I also don't. It's a great neighborhood spot with some of the best people you'll ever meet. The coffee is as good or better than anything else in Columbus. You can also feel good knowing you're supporting Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee which provides fair wages to farmers in Rwanda. The sandwiches are great, and the sides are fresh and different from what you'll get at other places. I like the cowboy caviar or kale salad. The baked goods and desserts are fantastic. The scones and cinnamon rolls are served warm, and they're delicious; however, you're missing a treat if you don't try the homemade granola bar. It seems simple, but they're wonderfully executed with the perfect balance of sweet and salty. I could go on and on about this place. I love it here.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! I love that it is Christian and family owned. There are little scriptures and quotes everywhere. It’s so cute with the rustic charm. It’s very uplifting to the morning. They also have the best coffee in Columbus! Yes, it’s better than Starbucks! Their coffee and food is always made fresh and tastes great. Also, the customer service is top notch. They will bring your coffee to you and the staff always has a smile on their face and are all so friendly! They have plenty of areas for you to get quiet time. My husband and I love coming here to do our Bible studies. They have plenty of board games and different trivia nights (which we haven’t been to YET).But it’s really a hidden gem.

Out of all the coffee shops in Columbus, this one is my favorite! The only bummer is that it doesn’t have a drive thru because I much rather support MCH over Starbucks for days I don’t want to get all the kiddos out of the car. 😅 The food is great and has a good variety. I typically order croissant sandwiches and the cowboy caviar. The coffee is amazing and the staff are also warm and friendly. My first visit here two years ago, the staff were super accommodating when my best friend and I were catching up after being apart for years and we ended up talking way after closing; so thank you for that super kind gesture, we always remember it!

Atmosphere and staff:

A very good café. It stands out, it's quaint and welcoming. There isn't a feeling of pressure to know what you want or how to word it, the staff explains plainly and warmly. Waiting for your coffee doesn't feel like waiting in a normal line, it feels like a friend giving you your coffee as you read. You order and go sit down, they find you and serve with genuine smiles, without asking for a name, making you feel just a bit more special.

Food:

The food is equivalent to having good homemade food, it's impossible to beat for it's price. The deserts are simply a different level. Very impressed by them.

As a downside to these fantastic attributes, it can busy. Not busy enough for prolonged times, but enough to have a less than desirable noise level. However, you can get away from it in small cozy pockets in the back, or buy enjoying your coffee next to the flowers outside.

They have a few seasonal drinks, which aren't always coffee related, but are still worth having.

Even if you don't like coffee much, it's worth a visit, few places can create an...

Ok! I come to this shop about every other weekend or so. I have always had a good experience, from ordering, to receiving my food and coffee, and eating in the shop. Always good.

TODAY! 3 Nov. I waited one hour to receive a black coffee. Nothing fancy. Other customers where becoming impatient because of their 20-30 min wait time. I did not want to bother the staff because they were all busy, but there’s one person looking busy with nothing in his hands. He was chatting with the staff and interrupting the other staff members as they made the coffee/drinks or the food. He needs to “read the room”. There was miscommunication between him and the other guy, which made the process longer. He seems to have a good personality, but he needs to focus* and stay on task to deliver better and quicker service.

Today I ate a very cold sandwich, and I am disappointed, but it is not the end...

Cute shop. Loved the rustic decor.

Ordered the BLT on a croissant, and my friend ordered the egg and cheese sandwich. We also ordered one size of each for the hot chocolate.

The BLT was good in flavor, but a bit cold. I asked for the croissant to be toasted so that there would be some warmth in the bread atleast.

The egg, cheese and bacon sandwich was dry. Lining the bread with butter/placing a side of butter, is my suggestion, to counter that.

We ordered one (12) oz and a (16) oz hot chocolate. They were both the same amount, in the same sized mug. Additionally, the chocolate wasn't hot AT ALL.

Lastly, there were no napkins on the tables. So after our food was brought to us, one of us had to get up to go grab napkins. Napkins should be readily available and easily accessible where one is actually eating UNLESS it's brought to them...
