Sharks Fish & Chicken Wynnton Rd — Restaurant in Columbus

Customer service is horrible. The owner needs to clean house because all of those cashier girls are rude and stay on their phone. The one with the baseball cap literally asked for my order then proceeded to check her messages as I gave her my name for name and order that I called in. She wasn't even listening to me. Her coworker had to tell her to stop. Then she attempted to be passive aggressive with me. That was the last straw for this place. Also, when I called in, I was on hold for 5 minutes. I called from the parking lot and literally no one was in the place. They are too busy playing on their phone, talking to friends and violating health codes by eating behind the counter. Food is hit or miss as well. I hope that the owner reads this message and does something about his staff. We don't have to deal with poor customer service just because we are black. There are plenty of other businesses that behave better and have same or better food. I choose to patronize Shark's because the customer service and food use to be good. But this mess has happened one too many times to myself and others, so I won't be returning until changes are made.

My husband and I came in the other evening to order some food waited for like 10 minutes for the young lady with the twist in her hair her customer service is bad because you don't do your customers like that . Came to this establishment and had a call in order for a 6-piece whole chicken wing and shrimp fried rice when I got there to pick up my food I was unaware that I had to pay a dollar and some change for my shrimp to be added for each shrimp so I wanted to get a refund for the food and go elsewhere I was told that I could not get a refund it made no sense to me I got upset then they kept asking me how many shrimp did I want to add to my shrimp fried rice which makes no sense just put some shrimp in the rice but I still yet could not get a refund because I did not want the food by this time it's stupid to me that that's Even a rule and I can always go to McDonald's or Burger King and get my money back if I don't want the food it was dumb whoever owns this establishment needs to do better with...
