Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Columbus

I haven't been hear in years!! The last time was in the city it originated (Cleveland). It was just as good as it was years ago only a different location. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I'm a comment reader and this place doesn't have food already prepared, it's prepared when you order it. You're gonna have a wait time people. I ordered 2 LARGE Romanburger meals and about had a heart attack when I heard the price of almost $50 but when I got the food I realized what I actually ordered was 2 reg. Romanburgers each, Large Waffle Fries and hugh drinks! You can't buy groceries and make this for $50! Thanks to our Administration groceries are astronomical! My groceries have increased by $150 at the least! Eating out is a luxury now for most people! Most places get your order wrong, serve nasty food that cold and hard or just forget items you order all together!! Yes the prices are high. Yes it takes a bit of wait time but it's WORTH IT! I’m not sure if I will ever be back to this location. I bought a Roman Burger combo yesterday from this location. Got home to eat and they had the wrong sandwich. I immediately called them to let them know. I was advised by a Miki or Niki I couldn’t understand his name and he advised me to bring my receipt back and mention his name and they would replace the sandwich. This evening I arrive to get my sandwich and the person advised me that I need my receipt plus the old sandwich. I advised him that I was not told to bring the old sandwich back with me along with the receipt. He acted as if he wasn’t going to replace my sandwich. He also didn’t have any idea of who I was talking about. I insisted that he replace my sandwich as promised otherwise this would be my last visit. He eventually replaced my sandwich. Review update: Fully disappointed. New management and the economy has hit this business and it shows in the 3 sandwiches I just picked up today. The philly subs are sticks. For a $13 LARGE sandwich, they are NOT worth it (pics attatched). No green peppers, so small, it looked like a chew toy. The chicken philly I ordered looked just like they usually do, but the 2 LARGE philly's are the saddest freaking thing I've ever seen in my life. The chicken philly pictured was only a medium.
