White Castle — Restaurant in Columbus

Jan 19th 3:55-4:05am 1025 Alum Creek Dr. This man represents your company to a very high standard! Unfortunately i forget his name but I'll find out out. my employee and l work 3rd shift and as always its very physical! It was a wonderful experience to have the gentleman at white castle take and process or order in a very professional caring way. He was a man of God, * i would assume* , I felt his compassion through his voice and patience. he was taking all mcdonalds customers too bc their system was down at 2 close locations prior to seeing white castle was open! i hope he is recognized. Fast Food is a career too! just like cleaning business is for me. i'd like to have my staff @ 30-50 hr be as professional! So I'd like this to be noticed from someone. I am very appreciative.

Unfortunately, the over all experience was typical of fast food establishments these days. The surrounding parking lot was dark and ran down in appearance. The place was understaffed which led to slow moving lines. The employees were unprofessional and unfriendly. The fries were soggy, unsalted, and slightly warm. The chicken rings, on the other had, taste as if they had been tossed and battered with salt. This one meal ran me a few cents short of $15.00! I'm going to have to spend that for Pepto now. It's been a while since I've ordered from White Castle so I went against my better judgment in hopes that I would once again be a fan of White Castle but I was off by a long shot! I do not recommend...

This what is a scary place. there was a gentleman in the bathroom that asked me to pray for him and made all kinds of noise. The food was average-at-best the service was very very very limited. the people acted like it was a pain for them to take my order then they acted like it was a bigger pain to give me my order. I for one will not ever be going back to this White Castle. if you like being I to pawn and look like you're nothing but a paycheck with the people hanging around in the parking lot and in the building like they're wanting to rob you you go right ahead and continue to go to this White Castle bad for me I passed through and I will be...
