The food was super bland asf. I’m sure that this opinion comes from me comparing other restaurants to this one. Which this place doesn’t even come close to some in mind. As their individuality is okay and doesn’t or shouldn’t match others. Nonetheless, I was trying to figure out why the amount of people who were there were even there as if the food was even good. My service experience was weird and super annoying. As Ither cultures outside of America while being in America have many communicating problems when it comes to business endeavors of professionalism. Many don’t even know how to over exceed this by how we do here. If I say no to a question then why double guess or ask me like you don’t understand what no means? Apart of the accent language barrier when I had asked a question things were not clear. I would mention, I was not told a certain thing, when the waitress would rather say she did say a thing. Along with being very soft spoken. This all resulted in my meal having to be remade 2 times. Definitely the first and the last time. The waitress just placed the food in front of me. Didn’t even ask if it was to my liking. I had to get up out of my seat to tell her while she was speaking to another table who she served before me as they came in after me. When I put cash on the receipt slab, the waitress just looked at it when walking by me with nothing in her hands. She gave no communication of direction or even taking my payment. So I got up and ask another worker at the bar what was their policy process with paying? All for the purpose of leaving this review. I wanted to tell him what the waitress did but when I speak I’m very stern and mean what I say so I kept my mouth shut instead. Lastly, my bill came to $24 and some change. I put out $25 and took the change right back. Morrow of the story, their are waaaay better places to eat than here in Columbus. And I mean Chinese American cuisine. As to many people, Columbus or Ohio food overall suck anyway compared to...

I wish we could review the food but we left before being able to order what we came for in the first place.

We arrived at 4:30 and waited for ten minutes before getting our drink order. Five minutes after that they came back with our drinks. The purpose of our visit was to get some sushi, but we were informed that they didn't start serving sushi until 5:00. It was 4:45. We decided we would just wait and ordered an appetizer to pass the time. Our food arrived around 5:00, but we weren't asked for our order, instead the waiter kept talking to one of his friends, sitting down at one of the booths, and chit chatting.

We finished our food and just sat there until about 5:15. We kept trying to make eye contact with our waiter but he wasn't paying attention. Finally he came over and informed us the sushi chef would not be there for another ten to fifteen minutes if we wanted to wait.

We said no, paid, and left with nothing else. We didn't even get to try their sushi and no one seemed to really care. The service alone makes it so we won't go back and we love sushi!

We left and we're currently eating at another sushi place. Drinks were placed within two minutes and sushi ordered. Professionalism is way under par at...

I’m 61 years old and I’ve been eating Chinese food most of my life. I grew up in New Jersey where the Chinese food was delicious. I don’t know what it is about being in Ohio that makes it different, but I haven’t been able to find good Chinese food since I’ve been here. But I was craving it so I decided to order since it’s close to home. I have to say in my 61 years that that was the worst sweet-and-sour chicken I have ever had in my life. You actually microwaved the chicken it was disgusting. The sauce Had no flavor, The steamed dumplings were made with chicken they’re supposed to be made with pork any Chinese person who knows how to cook anything knows that it’s supposed to be pork. This was absolutely the worst dinner I’ve ever had and for $28 I had to throw it in the garbage I wouldn’t eat there again if my life depended on it. It is no wonder on a Saturday night. You had three tables with people at it and the rest of the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night at 6 PM very sad, obviously you have given up so do yourself and all of us a favor and Cell so maybe somebody who will come in who actually cares and would produce some decent food or we can get a better restaurant in there Time...

I will never eat here again and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone either. I typically do not rate through Google but this has got to be the worst chinese takeout experience I've had. My boyfriend and I ordered sesame chicken, fried rice without vegetables and chicken lo mein for dinner but ended up having to throw the food away. The sesame chicken was slimey and tasted awful and the chicken within the lo mein was rubbery. It is the fried rice however, that will keep me from eating here agian. The chicken fried rice had vegetables after we asked that they remove them as well as large clumps of broken eggs shards as though they dropped the broken egg in the food and kept cooking. We will again never eat here and I hope that others may consider other options before settling on this establishment.

This was our go to spot for years and I know food is getting more expensive but they've overcorrected. Prices went up and food quality dropped hard. I just paid almost $35 for an entree and 2 sides and my chicken entree had maybe 4 small pieces of chicken and just like 3 whole onions.if I saw it in the parking lot i wouldve returned it. This picture is the szechuan chicken and as you can see its almost entirely onions. If you eat in they actually give you food but if you order out theyre trying to make a quick buck off of you. Edit: Wrote this before opening our crab Rangoon. Entirely hollow, like theyre already just cream cheese and no crab why not actually put anything in them. Last time eating here plenty of cheaper and more honest options nearby

This place is a level above the typical american chinese restaurant. The servers here are delightful and the atmosphere is chill and welcoming. We got the crab rangoons (very crispy, went great with the duck sauce and mustard on the tables), general tsos ( lighly spicy, clearly real chicken, and also crispy), and two of the days specials! The specials were hot potatoes and yakiudon. The potatos were starch breaded, fried very nicely and coated with toasted chili flakes and sesame. The udon was perfectly cooked and had a delicious sauce! Overall, excellent and absolutely worth a visit if you're looking for chinese (or just hungry really).
