If you're stopping at a bakery before work, your interactions there are going to affect your mindset for the morning, for better or worse. At this Tim Hortons, you get to have interactions that make your morning far worse.
This location is awful. I went inside to get a half dozen doughnuts for a co-workers birthday, but was told that I wasn't allowed to pick them out myself because their options were limited that day. I was taken aback by this, and the employee was not too friendly about it. The doughnut display was well stocked as you can see in the picture so it also made no logical sense. I could understand asking me to only pick one or two of each variety, but no, only the doughnut overlords may choose.
The front area was also messy with gloves and an employees jacket lying on the counter. After I took pictures for this review while waiting for the doughnut overlord to pick out my doughnuts at the back of the store, the manager came out asking why I was taking pictures of her employees, which I was not doing at all. I cancelled my order and left after giving her some choice words regarding her not so fine establishment.
I rarely visit Tim Hortons because the food quality has gone downhilll. The last time I went I received a Boston Creme doughnut filled with white butter cream. After my interactions today, I will not visit again.
Avoid this location and go somewhere like Auddino's with much better service and far better doughnuts. I stopped there afterwards and had a great chat with the owner that helped me get my day...
Read moreThis took place the morning of October 31st, 2024 at 9:41am. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This location is horrible I was overcharged for ordering omelet bites and a hash brown and coffee. He charged me a combo price when all I ordered was add-ons. My my hash brown tasted like it was reheated. I ordered bacon omelet bites, they gave me spinach. Omelet bites and they were burnt. My coffee tasted like it was burnt. I ordered a ice Caramel Macchiato . No caramel taste at all. It really tasted like it was burnt coffee. So when I confronted the cashier about overcharging me. He got rude and said when you order. 2 food items and a drink , the system will automatically rings up as a combo. No, not when you order 2 add-ons the ordered is not a combo meal whatsoever. So when I got home I noticed how horrible my food was. I tried calling the store several times when I got home. Nobody would answer. I wanted to speak with a supervisor but they don't answer their phone.. So I called customer service because I didn't get any satisfaction in the store with that cashier. And you have to wait for the store owner to call you back. We'll see how long it takes them to get back with me . It's sad I spent money on food and a drink that I can't even eat. I will never go to this Tim....
Read moreMy local Tim Hortons in Clintonville was closed for some reason so I had to go to the one on Livingston in Bexley on 11/22 at about 7:20 am (for any management that wants to take action). Every single coffee order I placed, which I knew exactly what I wanted, she questioned if I was ordering it right. Ordered a mocha, "you know that's coffee and chocolate milk right? Do you still want it?". Yes. I'll take a large iced coffee with a shot of French vanilla. "So you just want that black?" Yes. Every time I asked for a coffee she would ask if I want it just black. Unless I say otherwise, of course I want it black. Then tried to order three glazed donuts, "we're out of glazed donuts". Okay, I'll take three chocolate dip. Shouts at me "we're out of yeast donuts!" Like I knew that. I know these people are making minimum wage so the education requirement is extremely low, but this person needs to be fired. Garbage attitude and just a nasty person. Will absolutely never come back to...
