Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Columbus

Location location location! These people get paid to do their job horribly! This Popeyes is located right off an exit of 70 freeway and that’s probably why they get half the business that they do. It’s also the only one serving the driving park area. I’ve been here frequently in the past because it was the closest location to where I lived. But it seems like whoever manages this restaurant is dedicated to hiring people who are inappropriate and disrespectful. No matter how long I go without coming to this particular location it never fails that there is a manager or a crewmember who is very disrespectful and inappropriate. Today I ordered a $10 bigger box with tenders which normally comes with two sauces after forgetting to put my sauces in the bag I rode back around to the window to get them upon arriving the woman asked what the issue was and gave me two sauces. When I asked for more a woman in the background who appeared to be a manager nastily said that the box only comes with two sauces and proceeded to try to argue with me about Paying $.25 for an extra sauce I told her to give me two more and that it wasn’t that big of a deal to pay for them. If you want an alternative there are other locations but you will have to drive 3 Or more miles away. It’s unfortunate that the local neighborhood establishment doesn’t respect its customers enough to treat them with respect but there’s always other options when you’re dealing with large food chains. I’d say NEVER go here if you have a choice but if your a thrill seeker and enjoy arguing with strangers...

On June 5th I went to the popeyes on Livingstone on south east side of Columbus Ohio and I did an online order from the popeyes app they refused to make my order an refused to give me my money back I called 3 times I got hung up on twice an then cut short. I do have very big friends in high places an my father is an elected official of the government. I'm also turning them into the health dept.

the guy who came out was great an listened to me told me to go to the speaker an exsplain cause I was due for a refund they never shut online orders off at 730 an I was charged $41 and still have not gotten that back so now I have to fight with them an get my money back cause not only did they not offer food for me anyways since I was up there they dismissed me I'm not gonna lose $41 dollars if I have to call the cops I will I will call up there everyday an I shouldve got food or money back I don't understand why the lady Dominique was her name I believe she was rude dismissive an acted like I was just playing a game or something. It's always hit and miss with Popeyes sometimes you can go to a Popeye's and the staff are really nice and they take care of you and the food is hot and delicious and then there are times that I can go to the same location and folks can be meted in a junkyard dog and the food be horrible so it's kind of depending on the time of day and what you're having and it's sad because the price of Popeye's chicken has continued to rise why the consistency in his service in this food quality has declined people don't mind paying for good food and good service but you can't mistreat people and provide poor service and take their money at the same time and with all the videos of Popeyes having roaches I'm surprised that they still have the amount of clientele that they do especially some of these locations where they treat you like you are doing them a favor to come there I just want y'all to step you game up when it comes to customer service and food quality cuz Columbus has embraced Popeyes like no other we have turned our back on KFC to come to Popeyes we don't deserve to be mistreated however this particular visit the girl was friendly the food was hot and she was...
