Taco Bell — Restaurant in Columbus

This was the worst food experience we have had from Taco Bell ever, I ordered eight crunchy tacos and one soft taco, With lots of hot sauce and mild, They were out of hot sauce, How does Taco Bell write out of hot sauce? And after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through line, I receive an order with eight smashed shells with barely any meat, lettuce, or cheese, I thought of calling or taking the food back; But on second thought, I’m just never returning, I don’t want a replacement because I am done with Taco Bell, This one at least! The last four or five times we have ordered from this Taco Bell on Livingston, We have had terrible service, And each time we say we’re not going back and then a month or so later we get a taste for Taco Bell and we come here yet to be disappointed once again. I thought after they remodelled it, maybe they remodelled their service but obviously not happening! So peace out Taco Bell, I do blame it on the help that they have a bunch of kids playing with the Food and swapping it and joking and having a good old time,, Integrity is something they need to learn, It shows you what they will probably be in life, I’m not saying that you will be nothing working at Taco Bell, but if you do not show integrity at a job like that that’s probably how you will be...

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!!

This location is the ABSOLUTE worst Taco Bell! If you go before 6pm, you will receive decent customer service and mostly correct orders. But if you go after 7pm, you will be greater with the rudest, nastiest and most confrontational employees and managers! They are rude for no reason at all, and they will almost certainly mess up your order. We went there again last night, and we were missing several items that we paid for and when we brought it to the manager and employees attention, they called us liars, cursed at us, and even slammed the window in our faces! We were polite when we asked for our missing item, and gave them absolutely no reason at all to be so rude to us! We gave them our whole bag back, and they saw that they left our items on the counter by accident, and instead of just giving us our food and being cool about their mistake, the were super hostile and threatening to us like we did something wrong! It’s crazy that these employees are always rude and yet they still have a job! Even the managers at this location at night are terrible! I stopped here around 7:30pm on 6/25/24 because this location was rated 3.5 and the one closer to me was 3.2. Pulled up to the menu with no one in line. I asked for a moment while I looked over the menu. She said to let her know when I was ready, and I said thank you. I was on the phone with my husband telling him the $3 and under menu items. 30 seconds later the lady asked if I needed help finding something and I politely let her know that I was reading off items for my husband and getting his order. Not even 10 seconds later she asked me to pull around (no one behind me) and I asked her if there was a time limit to order and she rudely said yes. I immediately said no and drove away. My husband called them and they told him they were on a timer. I understand the timers for food service but it's not toward the customer. You have a large menu to view and people are not always going to know what you have or what they want right away.
