If you’ve ever been to New Orleans you will know what this stand has to offer is NOT authentic snowball or daiquiri. On the sign there’s a list of flavors for snow balls but it doesn’t matter because there only offer what’s in the dispensers for the day. Snowballs are usually a very fluffy soft fine ice with syrups made to order and you can get sweetened condensed cream on them. Daiquiris are typically a cocktail made with rum. However this stand is selling slushies. The ice wasn’t fine. There was no alcohol and we were told the snow balls and daiquiris are the same thing just served in different cups. The best part (maybe for the next time) is they have an agreement with the bar at the end of the East Market to add a shot to your Daq, what they call Daq That Thing Up! They can even give you recommendations on what shots to add! Didn't get to the change yet to try the snoballs or the milkshakes but we can't wait...
