I recently [5-20-2018] attended an opening reception for an art exhibition, "WATER: Element of Life," at William H. Thomas Gallery [also known as "The Art Gallery in the Hood"].
The many rooms of this historic house in Old Town East that is now an art gallery [the neighborhood in which this gallery is located is now known as "African Village"] had been completely filled with many wonderful art works by highly-skilled artists from Central Ohio and beyond.
In the main room [the "living room," near the main entrance], there had been live music, poetry and other performances; food was being served in the kitchen.
This art gallery had not been air-conditioned and the opening reception had been extremely crowded [making it difficult to easily move around this art exhibition's many rooms] so I had been able to remain inside for only about half an hour.
