Every time I come to this location I have a bad experience but tonight was the worst I've ever had. I'm a door Dasher and I got there to pick up an order for a customer there were only two cars in front of me. When I got to the speaker I waited for 28 minutes for someone to greet me and no one ever did. When there were no other cars at the window I pulled forward and the guy at the window didn't even have his headset on. He had it down around his neck. I told him I was there to pick up an order and gave him the customer's name he checked his computer and said he didn't have that customers order. He then went and got a manager and when she came to the window she said we stopped taking doordash orders 15 minutes ago. And I said well I waited at the window for 28 minutes and no one ever greeted me or told me that. I then asked her why no one was saying anything at the speaker and why wouldn't anyone greet me for almost 30 minutes. She just looked at me with a blank stare and said I don't know. I told her buy them not telling me 28 minutes ago that they stop taking doordash is it wasted my time and the customers time. She didn't even apologize. I told her before I left that I have issues every single time I come to pick up a customer's order and tonight was no exception but she did not seem to care. I don't think the employees realize that we're trying to make a living as well and buy them having me wait for over 30 minutes for an order that I never received I lost out on any orders I could have taken if I had known that they weren't and I lost out on the money that I would have made by delivering that customers order. This location has some serious work to do on their customer service skills, management skills, time management, and even food packaging because I've had many doordash customers message me after I have delivered orders in the past to tell me that their order was missing items. It's a shame because I really like this location in the past and my family would eat out here occasionally but I never come here anymore knowing issues that I have...
Read moreBest Rally's on the West side. May include up to 2 stars more because it is the best one on the West side.
When made properly, Rally's is my favorite burger joint. However, even this is very often more difficult than necessary and they double fry your food, making it taste disgusting, but for some odd reason, management is fine with this garbage being passed the window.
Please communicate with your workers that this is unacceptable at any time of night. I work late and for some odd reason, fast food workers think it is fine, in general, to serve the worst quality they can get away with, on a general level. Rally's is exceptional on lowering the bar on poor quality late nights and I'm often left feeling not just offended, but personally offended. As if it were fine to disrespect me by passing on food they wouldn't serve their enemies.
Management, please try to be more on the ball. As I said, this Rally's is the best one within reach, the Mound street one virtually serves poison and even traps its customers so they can't leave the lane, even when taking 30 minutes to serve a five minute meal because the entire work force, except the non-smoker is on smoke break, looking at you while you wait for your food. How long would it take emergency services to save me from a Rally's parking lot after having a heart attack from two double fried fish sandwiches and a burst as side of equally double fried and disgusting fries.
Can we please try harder at Rally's? It would be so awesome if they did. It could be premium, above McDonald's even. But the point is, they don't try. Also paying your workers better might help get a better quality food from people that care about keeping their job. If not, do something, please! I love it when you cook it...
Read moreDrove through last night with the family because I wanted to try the pot roast burger. There was, for whatever reason, a 30 minute wait on all orders. Came through again today in the late afternoon to try again - surely they would be less busy. I was told I couldn’t get the sandwich I wanted unless I could wait 10 minutes for the pot roast to be available, and that if I came up to the window I could get a deal in exchange for good reviews. The person was very nice, but as I sat trying to figure out what to do and understanding that I would have to wait in the drive through again to get the food I ordered, I left. I feel bad since I did order something, which I would normally never do, but not only was I not getting what I wanted originally, I had to wait a long time anyway and the leave a nice review in exchange?
I won’t be back to this location. There always seems to be some kind of issue. My suggestion would be to make sure customers get what they order in a timely manner to encourage good reviews. No slight to the nice young man who waited on me, but in the end this seemed like me, a paying customer, going out of my way to get something I didn’t really want in the first place and then rewarding the...
