Neat parking lot, clean exterior & interior. Everything appeared fresh. The business is owned and ran by a husband and wife. At the time of my visit they also had a great associate working the register and neatly packaging our meals. The husband and wife worked together on our meals. They offered us samples of the protein options to help us identify which one we would like to ultimately order. The portions were generous and neatly packaged with love and care. They offered sauce suggestions based on the selections we had made.

At the end I saw a slideshow on the TV for Biryani, a dish I’ve been excited to try. The owner offered me a sample from a fresh batch they were just finishing up. Gave me a generous portion to take home and try after witnessing my excitement about seeing the slideshow on a display screen. I wish I could describe the biryani experience. The most flavorful, fresh, well cooked ingredients, tender chicken, the best aromas! I could live on this alone, forever!

We are now regulars! I have always encouraged supporting small businesses! But this is something I need to scream about! I can only wish you all the success and hope you can continue to expand if you have wishes to do so.

Thank your for such a...

If you get anything out of my review, it should be to GO HERE AND TRY THIS PLACE. This place is like if Chipotle met Indian cuisine.

With that out of the way, I've tried probably 25 different Indian restaurants in the last year in the Columbus area, and I have to say this one is my favorite.

Rollz Rice has the most amazing house specialties, you are safe to choose any of them and it'll be delicious. My personal favorite meal is "The Goat" with a Mango Lassi to drink. If I ever had to choose a last meal (that's not my fiancee's cooking), I would choose this to be it.

Today, my fiancee and I got food from a teriyaki food chain in the area, and we were utterly disappointed. Thankfully, we decided to go out and get food from here as our lunch instead.

The ONLY potential criticism I have is targeted towards those who do not like sauce that much. If you do not like to have a lot of sauce on your meal, I recommend asking for sauce on the side. They aren't afraid to drench your meal with...

First order, takeout. I REALLY enjoyed the BYO naan bowl and dessert is delicious. It's the tastiest of 3 Indian restaurants I've tried so far in the Columbus area.

There was 1 major problem, but they immediately worked to fix it. There was a furry white chunk of mold in the bottle of sauce I bought (unopened and purchased within the last 2 hours). I was seriously grossed out and called the business. They immediately returned my call, assured me the bowl sauce is made fresh daily, the bottled sauce was 2 days old and bottled in a separate factory, and they'll look into it. The bowl was truly delicious, hopefully mold in bottle was a one time mistake, yikes. It's such a cool Indian Chipotle, but it's going to take me a little while to get past that.

Edited: updating review because they said it's never happened before, and quickly took action to address the problem at the bottling factory. The food prep area and restrooms look clean, so that is...

This place is amazing. It’s the convenience of Chipotle’s model with Indian cuisine. I’m just going to bask in the glow of its deliciousness and secretly lament the day that it becomes so popular that it no longer feels like a secret, ultra-special hidden gem. The location is just a few feet off the beaten path and absolutely worth the trip. I had the Cilantro Paneer bowl (plus goat meat) and I’m in heaven — I would be happy eating a plain bowl of the cilantro rice. It’s magical. I’d pay for someone to just shovel some into my mouth a few times every hour. This place is great ... and I walked away feeling satisfied for less than $10. The music was great and it’s super (like super duper) clean. This is literally my first time coming here and I’m already a fan. (Don’t walk - run to Rollz Rice! It’s worth it.)

Food was pretty good, essentially Chipotle style Indian food. Flavorful, not 100% authentic but we knew that coming in so that wasn't an issue. We came in as a party of 7 for weekend lunch, food was oddly slow for some reason. Although it was assembly line style (where it should be finished by the end of the line/cash register) they either ran out or items that weren't the bowls needed extra work where most members of our party finished ordering and sat down without food... It was brought to the table 5-10 min later. Fries had good spices, my Tikka masala was flavorful and filling, my husband goat was spicy but he enjoyed it, biryani was fluffy and light. Overall a good experience and I think if you have a small party 1-3 people, should not have any issues. Pricing reasonable. Would come back.
