Very poor customer service for the new staff! I ordered my cold brew the same as usual and have never had any issues until today. The associate wasnāt understanding to why I questioned why my coffee was so light she was sure that the way it was made was correct not apologetic at all. I told her it wasnāt right and that Iād like it remade and Iāll even come inside to get it since I was in the drive through. I came inside same issue. So I asked the girl why it was so light she tells me because of the cream (which I knew was the issue I just wanted them to tell me since I never asked for cream!!) The proceeds to tell me if I want it made without I have to order it that way. So I tell her thatās exactly how I ordered it with FOAM not cream! There should be a clear separation which there wasnāt. She remakes my drink with attitude and not once did anyone apologize for their mistake. If customer service isnāt your strong suite please find a different career path. The error was an easy fix but donāt be so quick to blame me when you didnāt read the ticket correctly because not once does it same cream! When I asked if it could be remade I was handed the same thing. After that, a barista in a blue apron tried to make the drink. I asked for a refund, as the taste, their attitude and service was more than lacking. I told the barista that I would've gladly waiting to have the drink made correct rather than fast. They kept their drive thur moving, which you could tell was the important part.
I don't understand how asking for a drink to be made correctly, I was made to feel in the wrong by the staff for asking for a refund. The barista said she "didn't appreciate me scrapping the foam off the drink." I get it Mistakes happen all the time, itās no big issues. Iām not even one to get mad, but where I do get mad is when the employee is telling me that Iām wrong and that my order was made right because the person who made it makes no mistakes and then blames myself for the way it taste and say itās the oatmilk thatās making it taste like coffee is in it. Then once my order is remade it still isnāt made correctly because they then decided to give me a warmed up oat milk instead of a chai tea latte.
I will drive the extra 5-10 minutes to another location before I return to this location, or Iāll just simply will make it at home. Made to perfection. And more...
