Very poor customer service for the new staff! I ordered my cold brew the same as usual and have never had any issues until today. The associate wasn’t understanding to why I questioned why my coffee was so light she was sure that the way it was made was correct not apologetic at all. I told her it wasn’t right and that I’d like it remade and I’ll even come inside to get it since I was in the drive through. I came inside same issue. So I asked the girl why it was so light she tells me because of the cream (which I knew was the issue I just wanted them to tell me since I never asked for cream!!) The proceeds to tell me if I want it made without I have to order it that way. So I tell her that’s exactly how I ordered it with FOAM not cream! There should be a clear separation which there wasn’t. She remakes my drink with attitude and not once did anyone apologize for their mistake. If customer service isn’t your strong suite please find a different career path. The error was an easy fix but don’t be so quick to blame me when you didn’t read the ticket correctly because not once does it same cream! Just be aware of the type of service you get going here with these new workers. 2 stars because this was not...

I ordered a double tall no foam Carmel Macchiato. I received a quickly put together cappuccino with a pool of caramel on the bottom. No "thank you" or "have a great day" from the barista.

When I asked if it could be remade I was handed the same thing. After that, a barista in a blue apron tried to make the drink. I asked for a refund, as the taste, their attitude and service was more than lacking. I told the barista that I would've gladly waiting to have the drink made correct rather than fast. They kept their drive thur moving, which you could tell was the important part.

I don't understand how asking for a drink to be made correctly, I was made to feel in the wrong by the staff for asking for a refund. The barista said she "didn't appreciate me scrapping the foam off the drink." As if calling to attention their mistake was hurtful to the inadequate barista in some way. 3 times is a pattern of not caring about what...

Horrible customer service. I usually have no issues with this place but recently horrible service. The staff is horrible and rude. I get it Mistakes happen all the time, it’s no big issues. I’m not even one to get mad, but where I do get mad is when the employee is telling me that I’m wrong and that my order was made right because the person who made it makes no mistakes and then blames myself for the way it taste and say it’s the oatmilk that’s making it taste like coffee is in it. Then once my order is remade it still isn’t made correctly because they then decided to give me a warmed up oat milk instead of a chai tea latte.

I will drive the extra 5-10 minutes to another location before I return to this location, or I’ll just simply will make it at home. Made to perfection. And more...

Let me first off say I love Starbucks! Typically I order from this or another location 3-5 times a week. So often that I currently have over 1,000 rewards points that will eventually expire this year b/c I can't redeem them quick enough. Here is my issue. For the 3rd time in 10 days I visited the drive through or placed adoor dash for a Venti coffee and received a tall size drink. When I spoke to the manager I was told they would "try" to do better next time and to call door dash. It is not an issue with delivery. The issue here is quality/quantity of my order. Please make this right starbucks! Dunkin and Tim's can push water through beans too.

As someone who works in customer service, it’s one of the first things that I notice.
