Petsmart Food Is Alway's Freshly Made&Served Here On A Weekly Basis.

Steak'n Shake During The 70s Was So Much Better When They Had Afew That Was Scattered Across America.

At Least In The 70s The Food Served Was Actually Worth Your Hard Working 💵 &Was Actually Eatworthy.

Got Sick With Bad Stomach Problems After Eating Here.

Was Sick For 3 Week's.

I Found Out It Was Due To The Fact That Their Meat They Cook Their 🍔's With Was Cooked&Served Past It's Expiration Date.

Wouldn't Recommend This Place At All To Anyone.

Update: Even Though I Had A Bad Experience With Them 2 Month's Ago.

I Warned Her About This Place..

She Ignored My Advice&Gave It A Chance Anyway.

After Visiting Her Dad,She Decided To Visit Here On Her Way Out Of Town

Shortly After Arriving To Her Hotel Nearby Columbus

She Started To Experience Very Sharp Abdominal Pains,Very Bad Stomach Cramps,Dizzy Spells,Felt Nauseous,Etc After Eating.

Like I Did 2 Month's Ago..

But It Was Alot Worser Than The Sickness&Cramps That I Had Experienced From My Visit Here In The Past.

She Was Rushed To The ER..

Found Out From The Doctor That The Cramps&Symptoms

That She Was Experiencing Was Due To Food Poisoning.

She Called The Cafe&Asked If She Could Speak With The Management About It.

A Staff Member Rudely Hung Up On Her.

When She Called Back..

They Took The Phone Off The Hook.

The last three times we have got Steak and Shake it has been a nightmare. The first two times we ordered online, and the third time we went through drive thru and ordered. All three orders was either wrong, missing sandwiches, or cold. The last time was a horrible experience, it was late, we had been traveling all night. So we went through Drive thru ordered our food, drove up, paid and left. I knew we should of checked the bag, but we didn't. Got all the way home and half the order was missing. Tried to call several times and no one answered the phone. So, I went back, drove through Drive thru cause it was empty. The guy in the speaker was completely rude. He said I know you got your order because I made it. I said well you might have made it, but it didn't get in the bag. He asked me to come in, so I drove around, parked and went in. He was really rude, and kept saying well we cook everything to order and there wasn't anything extra left. I had been driving a day and night, so I said, listen if you really think i'm going to make a special trip back here, after I left my home, for nothing, your crazy. My son's meal wasn't even in the bag. He is the reason why I'm standing right here in front of you. He took his time cooking the food and then proceeded to point out everything he put in the bag. All I can say is at least my son got a hot meal, because mine was stone cold when I got back to my home. I just don't understand how hard it is to read a screen. Jan 2022- I have covid, so I dont want to go in anywhere or hand anyone my card, so I do the logical thing and place an online pickup order. That way they can hand me the order through the drive through, we both are wearing masks, everything's reasonable. Except they refuse to hand me order through the drive through and demand I come in. I say I don't want to come in, I have covid, can't you just hand it through the drive through. She says no, and you can't come in if you have covid. I say ok, can someone bring it outside and set it outside? She said no we are not doing that. I said fine, I've already paid, can you at least refund my money? NOPE. So they refuse to give me an item that I've already paid for, which could have been done in several different ways which would have met cdc guidelines, refused to give my money back, and aside from "we won't do that" refuse to give me any reason why. It's no wonder this place is going under. The food is ok, but it isn't good enough to bother with their subpar service. Not shocking that they have so many bad reviews on here.
