Normally I have a great experience at Subway which is why I am a repeat guest(four to five times a week)! Today was a bit different! First time at this location and the last. The younger rep at this location was every definition of the word rude. Me and my friend were the only two customers in line. We waited patiently while she finished doing whatever it was she was doing, only to ask “us” if we were ready. Then proceeded to the back before coming to attend to us. Heard the other lady ask if she was ok? Didn’t know what that was all about. However, gave her my order in detail. Didn’t start on my sandwich at all. Ask my friend (behind me) what they were having and started to fix their sandwich! Started on mine after and I’m now repeating it. Throws it together when I had to ask was all four pieces of turkey was in the bread. Toasted it and when I say the cheese was melted on the paper because she threw it on there it was! She unfriendly and acted as if she was for me me a favor. The nice older lady came from the back to finish the sandwiches! More pleasant. But before we shifted, she with an attitude ask if we were getting anymore sandwiches! May be simple to some but not to me. Everyone is not to be in customer services. Wasn’t warm or inviting! If I wasn’t on a time crunch for lunch we would have not gave them our business. Check your attitude at the door and if you can’t! Ask to go home for the day! Or maybe find another profession! Read moreWe always go to this one, we’re considered regulars by the afternoon staff due to this and they know exactly what we want. 07/08/24 we went in, no body we knew were in there, no issue we just asked where they were, one of the ‘boys’ flipped out at my fiancé for asking where she was and the employee started saying that was ‘his girl’ and asking why he was mentioning her, I stepped in and mentioned that she was always polite and helped us, he then said ‘what if I talked about your girl’ while I was standing there, another employee came out and switched with him while we were there because of how he was getting. Don’t know what his issue was but the lovely lady who normally does our food is great, but the way he (evidently her boyfriend) acted has caused us to not really want to come here if it’s going to be an issue. Honestly she always lets me buy a cup of pickles, that’s why we ask for her. But the way he flipped out I didn’t even get a chance to request them because he kept trying to pretty much square us up. We were there between 7pm-8pm so I’m not sure when he’s there but any other time other would probably be perfect to get food there! Or at least don’t...
Read moreMade an online order. Order stated a pick-up time of 7:20pm. I'm walking out with my order at 8:04pm. Employee was higher than a kite, The most responsible of the three employees complained that 1st shift didn't prep anything for them. They were out of a lot of ingredients which made our sandwiches incomplete with extremely small portion sizes of what we did get on our sandwiches. The lettuce did not reach either side of my sandwich, recieved 3 tomatoes slices on my foot long. They had no onions. My husband ordered a Philly steak and cheese. They only had italian bread so the online selection of wheat was not an option. The green peppers were withered, light yellow and red so we chose to pass on those and of course no onions. One employee chose to slowly wipe off tables when the line had over 10 people waiting. Like I said, one of the guys on the line was high on something....
